Teachers are the ones who impart knowledge to our kids as well as everyone who has, one way or the other, passed through the school system.
I remember when I was in secondary school, my teachers would say, “Read your books as we cannot open your brain to pour in the books.” This statement is what I have grabbed right from the onset. I told my children that they just have to be serious so they don't get to stress their teachers.

Teachers are builders. They build up the child to how he or she wants it but must be morally inclined. Teachers are not cheaters since they passed through training. Most of them pass through a series of training before they are certified.
When I say cheaters, I mean those who can just teach without being certified and are just concerned about the money undermining the lives ready to mold. Money is not everything in the teaching aspect, but making the teaching interesting I'm the lives of the children is the most paramount.
I'm just saying this because my husband happens to be a teacher who is ready to mold lives and has molded so many lives in his teaching career. He has trained so many to become doctors, lawyers, accountants, and engineers in so many areas of life.
Teaching is not an easy task, but it is a commitment one has to take up. Not everyone who is teaching is a teacher, but just those who have the mind to teach.
Back to the question:When a student is performing woefully, it is not the fault of the teacher. Teachers build them to become something tangible. I'm the future, but the students who do not have the resources to learn cannot learn to understand, no matter the condition.
I can blame my parents. Most parents are not ready to teach their kids but are just ready to leave everything to their teachers. This cannot help. Sometimes back, my husband said, one of the parents in his workplace said, “What am I paying you for?”. Yes, the teachers are being paid, but not to teach the students at home. They are to be taught in the school and to the best of the teachers abilities.
In real fact, parents are the cause of their wards not learning what they were supposed to learn at the appropriate time. They are not ready to teach the child at home but are ready to leave everything for the teachers. To be candid, this cannot help.
Most teachers who are not teachers always cheat the students by teaching without the student's knowledge or understanding of what they are being taught.
Teaching is not easy, but it is easy for parents to pour out all the abusive words possible.
When a child is given work to do at home, the parents are supposed to guide that child so that the teacher will only have to do less.
Teachers are ready to teach, but not all students are ready to be called students. They are not ready to go to school. This is why their brain cannot carry the schooling process.
The only work that has been tagged stressful is the teaching job. No one wants to be a teacher, but everybody wants to be a banker, an engineer, a lawyer, a medical doctor, and the like.
Teachers are trying, and I give kudos to my husband and all the other teachers out there.
