Assange, Bitcoin and CBDCs...

WikiLeaks published groundbreaking stories of government corruption and human rights abuses, holding the powerful accountable for their actions. As editor-in-chief, Julian paid severely for these principles, and for the people's right to know.

When Julian Assange was incarcerated, we got to see the true face of America, the true face of the elites behind the so-called governance who were so disturbed by Julian's activity. Now, the man who spent over five years in prison for making public shady stuff the Pentagon and other American institutions were conducting is free.

He has a deal on the table and is now back in Australia with his family, as of yesterday. The details of the deal are not yet public, and we don't know exactly what is involved, but for someone who studied Journalism and knows how crooked the media has become, seeing a journalist like Assange not being convicted and free again is a joy.

The cost of his flight from the UK to Australia was approximately $500,000, and all of it was covered by one entity that donated about eight Bitcoin for this cause. Yes, you read that right.

Bitcoin and the whole movement it started is to the current financial system what Assange was for freedom of speech and disclosure of the shady deeds the American government was, and probably still is, engaging in.

The future is not as doom and gloom as the elites are trying to make it, especially the unelected leaders of WEF and WHO. For example, yesterday, the bill to defend 'Bitcoin Rights' and ban CBDCs passed into law. This is massive and timely.

Presidential elections in the United States are due in November, and we already have clear signs that two of the candidates, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump, are pro-Bitcoin. This will heavily impact the markets.

It's not all about money, though, as we need to stay focused on disruption as well and make blockchain technology and cryptocurrency a viable alternative to the current financial system. By no means do I consider that the dollar or the traditional banking system is going away any time soon. But...

We need to create alternative paths for reaching our goals. Wherever the dollar is no longer an option, we have to have crypto gateways. I recently read that some congressman is pushing a law in Congress to make Bitcoin a currency that can be used for paying certain federal taxes in the US.

Plebs are still panicked that BTC is ranging and not conquering new ATH, while missing the fact that we are just two months away from halving. Personally, I believe the best is yet to come. But what do I know...

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Wow one person can make such a huge impact. Assange’s freedom feels like a win for all who value transparency. Plus, Bitcoin’s role in this is just mind-blowing brother

Assange is the goat.

Absolutely brother

Honestly for companies that want to accept orders worldwide crypto is the only option. Unless they want to jump through hoops to make and verify accounts with a lot of small, unknown Paypal alternatives. And who knows what happens to the information given to those companies?

2024 has been very interesting thus far in this regard.

True - I don't think crypto is going to get less popular any time soon :)

I also believe that the best is yet to come. With the us election in the mix in sure we are in for a massive run. However seeing these candidates being g pro Bitcoin to me is just a gimmick to gain attention. They don't really like crypto like that. But what do I know.

💪

Julian is free at last ha ha ha ha. I never expected this good turn of events. Pity about the guilty plea he had to agree to, but that's OK.

It feels like like a half win indeed.
