As a man sometimes random things come across my mind, some silly, some kinda dangerous, some dumb, and so on.
with the recent heated issue in the Middle East, I was thinking, are we really alone in this universe? or we are just kind of toys of the other intelligent life out there in the universe which use us as their toy or experiment.
Who knows maybe this intelligent life is the one who planted as in the first place. Just like how we put some small animals in the terrarium, and see how they are doing. looking at their behaviors, and how they compete with each other inside the contained space, not knowing how to escape. and have no idea that there is a better world outside the terrarium.
we on the other hand know that this is the only planet that we live on, has tried to destroy it on every occasion that we have. from inventing things that can't be recycled back into the earth (although it is still debatable), or trying hard to destroy it through war on each other, using a mass destructive machinery.
Back to the title of this post, are we really alone in this universe? or are we just those little animal on the terrarium, fighting for our lives, killing each other on the contained space because we are just some other intelligent being's pets?
