With a cup of coffee, we welcome December

A friendly greeting dear Hivers, it is a pleasure to be here again, in this coffee corner. As I mentioned at the beginning of the week in another post, I have had to be a little away from Hive, for reasons of work and setbacks of life. But I'm glad to be back and especially to be able to dedicate time to write in my favorite communities, Cinnamon Cup Coffee is one of those. In #TheCoffeeShopPrompt week 93, I can't tell you about some seasonal drink, since in my region it's not something that is customary. In the month of December, most food establishments serve Christmas dishes, and from that dish, what could best accompany a cup of coffee is in popular pan e jamon but they haven't started serving it yet, we are looking forward to it. As for the coffee, there is no variant, the traditional coffee shines everywhere during Christmas.

Even so, I want to share with you a visit to one of my favorite coffee shops in the city, La Gran Cosecha. It was with my beautiful partner @jetta.amaya to welcome this december season, which even with those tropical weather features, has surprised us with strong cold for a few days. This coffee shop is wonderful for the coffee it serves, the bean is of high quality, no need to deal with whether it is too acidic or too bitter, really in La Gran Cosecha the flavors are accompanied in a loving union that spreads over the tongue and makes each sip a unique experience.

On this beautiful afternoon coffee for two we enjoyed two delicious coffees. Jetta ordered a cappuccino and I ordered my beloved Americano. The Americano they serve is a real treat, strong and with a unique flavor that I love, the preparation is always impeccable. We chatted, laughed and shared for a couple of hours there. Since in this place it is not only the quality of their coffee that makes us go so many times, it is also the good attention, the boys and girls who work there, honor one of the great characteristics of the city of San Cristobal, which is known throughout the country as The City of Cordiality.

I wasn't hungry, so I settled for the lovely little cookie that accompanies the coffee service. My dear Jetta, on the other hand, ordered a pair of almojábanas and everything was delicious. And so, with a fascinating cup of coffee, we welcomed the month of December. I hope you enjoyed my post and I hope to be here again telling you more about my passion for coffee. See you soon.
