Ich finde es schade, dass bei vielen nur um das Jahresende herum die (vermeintliche) Selbstreflektion einsetzt und neue Ziele gesetzt werden. Es ist das ganze Jahr über JEDERZEIT möglich einen neuen Weg zu beschreiten. Und egal wann man es tut, selbstverständlich erfordert es Mut...aber bezahlt wird es sich machen

Big congratulations on surpassing all of your 2024 goals, that's excellent! As to my perspective, I feel very similar to you that love, kindness, and reflection should indeed be practiced as a part of our everyday lives, not saved for one short time of the year. Words are great, but they're meaningless unless we apply what we say is so important to us. Thank you very much for your congratulations.

Of course, it is difficult to put your words into action. However, the whole thing is a process! Just 1% more every day results (mathematically) in an increase of over 300% over the year!
You just have to give yourself enough time to grow. Then it will become easier and easier in practice. And I'm sure many people would be more than surprised by the backlash!

Yes, it's true, we don't make massive changes at once, but rather make small changes, stabilize them, then make another small change, and on and on. 1% over a year's time can indeed add up to significant gain, both in our assets, and in our lives!

Indeed, compassion, patience, and understanding with ourselves is very important, knowing that we are growing and shifting in a positive direction, and learning to accept and appreciate the process. Was ist denn falsch daran, das ganze Jahr über etwas mehr Liebe und Besinnlichkeit an den Tag zu legen ? Genau wie beim Saturday Saver Club ist doch der Prozess viel wichtiger als kurzfristig zu versuchen alles mit der Brechstange zu erreichen. Naja, muss ja unterm Strich jeder selbe wissen was der persönlich richtige Weg ist.

Es ist nichts falsch daran, aber leider sind viele Menschen das Jahr über mit allen möglichen wichtigen, nützlichen und weniger wichtigen oder nützlichen Dingen beschäftigt. Da werden so unbequeme Dinge wie Selbstreflexion lieber nach hinten geschoben. Und wenn man dann ein paar Euro spendet hat man wenigstens sein Gewissen beruhigt. Schade eigentlich.

Sehr schade, aber so ist die Menschheit. Der einfache Weg scheint einfacher zu sein. Kurzfristig.

Langfristig sieht das meistens anders aus, aber wenn man nicht plant sieht man das nicht. Jeder ist seines Glückes Schmied. Und nicht jeder Schritt zurück ist ein Verlust.
