Today I bring you an option to eat quickly and easily. Solving any lunch or dinner and with a recipe that looks delicious, but is easy to prepare.

Venezuelan style Chop Suey.

Hola Hivers! Un gusto verlos nuevamente.

Hoy traigo para ustedes una opción para comer fácil y rapido. Resolviendo cualquier almuerzo o cena y con una receta que se ve deliciosa, pero es sencilla de preparar.

Chop Suey al estilo Venezolano.

Ingredients:
-1/4 of Cabbage
-1/2 large paprika.
-1 large onion
-1 large carrot
-1 large chicken Milanese
-Soy Sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Oregano

Ingredientes:
-1/4 de Repollo
-1/2 Pimenton grande.
-1 Cebolla grande
-1 Zanahoria grande
-1 Milanesa de pollo grande
-Salsa de Soya
-Sal y pimienta al gusto
-Oregano

1)Chop all the ingredients into julienne - thin strips (Do not mix them)

Put the Carrot, paprika and chicken in the frying pan over high heat to brown.
Pon la zanahoria, el pimentón y el pollo en la sartén a fuego alto para que se doren.

Cuando veas que el pollo empieza a cocinarse añade la cebolla.

When the onion begins to brown, add the cabbage and keep an eye on the heat, stirring so that it does not burn.
Cuando la cebolla empiece a dorarse añadimos la col y vigilamos el fuego, removiendo para que no se queme.

We stir until the ingredients lose volume and the cabbage looks transparent. Then salt, pepper and add the oregano.
Removemos hasta que los ingredientes pierdan volumen y la col se vea transparente. Luego sal, pimienta y agrega el orégano.

Add the soy sauce and lower the heat.
Agrega la salsa de soja y baja el fuego.

Let it brown and add a little water and a little more soy sauce. Add a pinch or two of sugar to balance the acidity of the sauce.
Deja que se dore y añade un poco de agua y un poco más de salsa de soja. Agrega una pizca o dos de azúcar para equilibrar la acidez de la salsa.
