Missing our pets.
Being in the Philippines for over a month now, we are terribly missing our fluffy patootie, Fluffy.
We don't have a pet to cuddle and if I feel this way, my kids feel more longing.
Little Man was extra sad the other day when Kokoy, our other dog here at home had to be given away because my father can't keep up with his strength and energy, and he is wary that he may just get hurt looking after him.
So yeah, it goes without saying that we need an extra cuddle.
A new Kitty
A sweet gesture from my Aunt, the new addition in our household is a white kitten that is from the latest litter of her white, blue-eyed cat.
The one gifted to us is her also white kitty. The rest of the litter are orange and tri-colored (white, black, and orange).
After Little Man's short-lived affair with Mimi a kitten she got when we were here in PH last year, he is still hurt, and does not really want to be too invested on this new pet.
Or not... he really loves to pet this little cutie.
Just look at this adorable cub...
err, kitten. Isn't she adorable!
Should we name it?
The next question is, what name should we give it, or should we already name it?! From experience, we don't really want to name a pet unless we are sure we're going to have it for good.
"IF she stays with us, what name should we give her?" Little Man wondered.
He also answered his own question eventually...
"I know! Let's name her, Hershe!" he exclaimed.
Huh? Hershey? She's not even brown like a chocolate.
"No! Not Hershey, the chocolate! Her, she! Because she's a "she"!" He explained.
Ohhh.. that's a cute name. Okay, Hershe it is!
Peekaboo!
Hershe says, "Hello!"
How about you, how do you name your pets?
