Odwiedziłam nowe dla mnie miejsce na kulinarnej mapie Katowic i muszę się podzielić, zwłaszcza z tymi, którzy byli w Gruzji i polubili jej smaki, bo tu naprawdę można zjeść tak jak tam. Mowa o Tbilisuri w Katowicach, na ul. Szarych Szeregów. No wybornie :) Onegdaj jadałam w restauracji gruzińskiej w Pszczynie, ale tam jednak było to bardziej takie polsko-gruzińskie. A tu - Gruzja 100%.
I visited a new place for me on the culinary map of Katowice and I have to share, especially with those who have been to Georgia and liked its flavors, because here you can really eat like there. I'm talking about Tbilisuri in Katowice, on Szarych Szeregów Street. Delicious :) I once ate in a Georgian restaurant in Pszczyna, but there it was more Polish-Georgian. And here - Georgia 100%.
Wnętrze restauracji też jest dobrym odzwierciedleniem wyższej klasy gruzińskiej, jest ładnie, klimatycznie, miło, i prowadzą ją prawdziwi Gruzini, więc wszystko się zgadza. Menu ma wiele pozycji, dla każdego coś dobrego, oczywiście wszystko gruzińskie. Łącznie z tym, że jak w Gruzji, sałateczki podają maleńkie :) Tak już jest i już.
The interior of the restaurant is also a good reflection of the Georgian upper class, it's nice, atmospheric, pleasant, and it's run by real Georgians, so everything fits. The menu has many items, something for everyone, of course everything Georgian. Including the fact that, as in Georgia, the salads are served tiny :) That's just how it is and that's that.

W oczekiwaniu na posiłek warto przejść się i obejrzeć dekoracje ścienne, z których może nie wszystkie są piękne, ale wszystkie przenoszą nas w klimat kaukaski.
While waiting for the meal, it is worth walking around and looking at the wall decorations, which may not all be beautiful, but all of them transport us to the Caucasian atmosphere.
Sobotnia pora obiadowa - a tu dość pusto. Chodźcie ludzie, chodźcie, tu naprawdę jest super!
Saturday lunchtime - and it's pretty empty here. Come on people, come on, it's really great here!
Ja oczywiście poszłam w pierogi, wybrałam 3 chinkali z mięsem, ale zanim zrobiłam zdjęcie, jeden już zniknął. ;)
I of course went for the dumplings, I chose 3 khinkali with meat, but before I took a picture, one had already disappeared. ;)
Wzięłam tylko trzy, bo mój syn wybrał najlepsze na świecie chaczapuri i wiedziałam, że mnie nim poczęstuje. Taaaaak. Uwielbiam to zwykłe, okrągłe, serowe chaczapuri. Niebo!
I only took three because my son chose the best khachapuri in the world and I knew he would treat me to it. Yeeeees. I love that plain, round, cheesy khachapuri. Heaven!
Do wyboru są jeszcze na przykład pielmieni w kociołku, czyli małe pierożki z mięsem w mocno serowym sosie. Bardzo dobre, ale całego takiego kociołka z tym serem na pewno bym nie zjadła.
Another option is pelmeni in a cauldron, which are small dumplings stuffed with meat in a very cheesy sauce. Very good, but I definitely wouldn't eat the whole cauldron with that cheese.
Stół jest piękny i kolorowy, potrawy oczywiście zaserwowane po gruzińsku - na środek, zamówcie różne potrawy i dzielcie się, próbujcie :) ochhh :) cieszę się, że znalazłam to miejsce i coś czuję, że będę tam bywać.
The table is beautiful and colorful, the dishes are of course served Georgian - in the middle, order different dishes and share, try :) ohhh :) I'm glad I found this place and I have a feeling I'll be going there again.
