Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Today is the day that brought victory for Trump. Let me wish him and his party Best of luck. No doubt, Trump is the most democratic leader and most popular in the world due to his Slogan America First. I'm very happy and congratulate all Americans on Hive for their newly elected President for White House.

Anyway, now let me start my perspective about HL Weekly Featured Content The Teacher's Fault. Teachers are the backbone of a constructive society. They play their role in the development of a country. Their leadership skills modify common students into bright students.

Student's Failure, Who is Culprit

It doesn't have any doubt that all Students don't have the same mental crafts. Some are poor, some are average, and some are bright students. It is the teacher who helps a poor student achieve his dreams and goals. In the success of every student, there is hidden hard work of a teacher. We should not ignore the teacher's role in this regard.

Similarly, if a student visits school daily but is unable to show excellence in his education career, then it is not only the fault of the teacher but also the fault of the parents. A teacher can force or inspire a student to study in the moments when a student is within the school boundaries. When a student goes home, then it is the responsibility of parents to emphasize their kids for study. There should be coordination between them to improve student's academic skills. It is injustice to blame teachers for student's failure.

I have been a teacher from 2015-2017. During my tenure, I learned from my senior teachers there that We should help students in their improvement according to their Psychology. We can't force them to study. Moreover, some students need Punishment, and some students need little inspiration. We need to take steps according to their needs. We should do our best for their bright future. The final results are from Allah; we should believe in it.

Once I was teaching in 10th Grade. Sir Faiz, who was my colleague, entered the class. First, they did praise, and then they advised me that I should do what I could do for the student's improvement. To work hard in teaching is our responsibility. To learn and implement is the responsibility of students. We should advise our students to play constructive roles in society. Still, if any student fails, then we should not disappoint, provided that there are no deficiencies in our teaching. His golden words are still in my mind and I did what I could do for my students.

Final Thoughts

Teaching is one of the sacred professions I love most. I appreciate and applaud all teachers in the world. It is their constructive role that makes a nation prideful. It doesn't have any doubt that teachers are the heroes who play their role in the bright future of students. It is injustice to nominate them for the failures of the students. We should not blame them for this. For the success in the education career of a student, parents, and teachers are both responsible. I always emphasize their collective efforts. They both can direct a student's career.

hmm. Teachers can provide the guidance but study is totally depends on students. So, it's not right to blame teacher for failure unless teacher is not capable to provide knowledge.

You have said it all, some students learn fast whole there are some that needs extra tutoring to get them to understand.
