Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. The weekend brings wholesome days that we spend in enjoyment essential to entertain our soul. Otherwise, continuous work makes our lives dull, boring, and fatigued. Although there are jobs where we work continuously without any Weekend Holidays these jobs are believe me totally burden on people. Most people although don't like these sorts of things when there is no other option, they have to do these sorts of jobs to feed their family. I believe that there should be a job that will be a source of relaxation of mind.

My Likeness About Weekend

Different people have different suggestions about Weekends. Some people like to have five working days and some like four working days. It all depends on the nature of the work and working hours. I'm a person who likes to balance enjoyment with my job. I can't put an extra burden on my nerves, when I'm tired I like to utilize my rest time to regain energy and relaxation of mind.

Currently, I'm running my Family Real Estate Businesses. The Weekend's Break sometimes proves vital for me and sometimes it proves worst for me. Being Pakistani, we have five working days according to government policies. Our Weekend Starts on Saturday and ends on Sunday. As I mentioned, I'm doing my real estate business hence I have to arrange my meetings with engineers as well as with property dealers on five working days. It rarely happens when I'm dealing with my client but our deal becomes pending because we have to wait for the opening of the Revenue office. Hence, I'm in favor of five working days.

There are countries where workers are allowed to work based on working hours in a week. They have to complete these hours either they complete them in three days, four days, or five days. If work is easy then you can divide your work into four days but if work is tiresome and difficult according to the nature of your job then divide your working hours into five days. We should not put an extra burden on our bodies when we can't bear it.

For me five working days are good, I like Saturday-Sunday Vocations. But if the government Friday leaves then my whole routine will be disturbed. I don't know if it will happen again in Pakistan when we have to see four working days but it is a rare chance now because our government is more interested in five working days.

Conclusion

People who have government jobs are the luckiest in Pakistan because they have limited working days and enjoy the whole weekend. Here I want to mention people who work on daily wages like Labourers. They have to work 24/7 because if they do not do their work, no one will pay them for their weekend. Governments should decide and make plans for their welfare. There should be weekends for them because they are the backbone in the progress of a country. For me, five working days are good for any field. In seven days, two days are enough to spend time with family, in trips, watching movies and for parties. It is my recommendation about Weekend.

I think the five working days structure is common in most countries though it also depends on the nature of the job just like you said. I also prefer the five working days schedule with limited hours but then where I'm from it all depends on the pay. I also value my weekends, it allows me to rest and prepare for the coming week.
