One of the interesting things when I traveled to Bandung, found a museum on one of the main roads in Bandung. Actually, this is not included in the itinerary when going to Bandung, but, because the entrance ticket is quite cheap, so spend time at this museum to see what's inside this museum. It sounds very interesting, especially since this is a geological museum, like a person who looks smart.

This is the largest museum that has many collections about geology. Not just any, because there is the largest geological university in Indonesia, which is the most favorite for high school students to continue their geology studies. When I was in high school, I had a friend who studied there, it was very difficult to take the entrance test for that university.

Feeling that this is very interesting, when I first entered I was greeted by a dinosaur skeleton in front of the door, of course after paying the entrance ticket. I was amazed by their many collections. Indeed, not all of them are 100% authentic, there are also some replicas such as dinosaur skeletons and others. But believe me, this museum is really informative and very educational. The proof is when I was in front of the museum, I saw a lot of students who were on a study tour to this museum.

Dedicated to science, packaged very neatly and attractively, so that anyone wants to learn. Even though this museum actually discusses very heavy topics, it is still interesting. Maybe I am just a handful of people who enter the museum for no particular reason, many students come here because they are driven by their schools to really learn the importance of studying geology.

There are so many collections, as I discussed above. Such as rocks, sediments, soil formation and the universe. There are so many sub-topics, even separated based on science and similarities. Interestingly, this is the first time I have seen many rocks that actually exist on this earth and look very beautiful. Even more beautiful than the sparkle of diamonds. There is so much knowledge that I can absorb well.

Likewise, there are some remnants of natural disasters caused by volcanoes, tsunamis and earthquakes. The most complete because it covers some of the great natural disasters in Indonesia. Packaged in a good way too, it seems very sad. Of course, such items will also have sad memories.

There are also antiques, jewelry and valuables produced from the earth through geological processes. Such as gold, silver, diamonds and others. Of course some are not authentic but at least explain how and what the earth's products can also be enjoyed by humans.

Geology is something that binds humans, especially everything on earth and produced by the earth. The interesting lesson is that geology has disasters but also produces benefits, used as a history of life. Many interesting insights, it seems like something like this should really exist in every city, to attract students and want to learn about the existence of life on earth.

See you the next time hive friends!
