Back in 2017, I wanted to quit schooling and start a YouTube channel. I started doing my research which included discovering a bunch of Youtubers, watching them, and drawing inspiration from them. This did not pan out exactly how I had wanted it but it left me with one valuable lessons that I haven't stopped thinking about till now. On the course of research, I came a cross a woman who called herself Shameless Maya. I was immediately drawn to her, because not only did she have so much to teach me on the important details of starting a YouTube channel, I absolutely loved the way she carried and promoted herself, shamelessly.
Before starting her YouTube channel, she made a resolve to shamelessly promote herself for thirty days. Her little experiment led to a very successful YouTube channel that she used to touch and inspire people. I wanted to have a successful channel just like her; I guess I am yet to wake up from the dream and actually make it a reality. Maybe someday.
Anyways, her advice to Do You Shamelessly, is just now coming to life for me as I have decided to shamelessly promote myself for thirty days and see what happens. There is no big expectations, just little goals that I will share with you as time goes. Starting tomorrow, I will start sharing my designs on here. I already started today to do so on Instagram.
