In ancient times there were no particular thoughts about staying in shape or maybe it did evolve with the passage of time. The reason why they didn't consider this point as they were healthy additionally to fitness. Now if someone will ask the reason for their healthy and fit body one smust know about the diet they have had. But we can't skim the role of hard work they endured. Machines and gadgets were not invented at that time. They have to earn everything for their living and for this purpose they have to burn midnight oil. They obtained most of their income through farming , or anything which involved labor in order to obtain bread and butter for their family. If I am narrating this , I have met individuals who used to compete on state level just to show who can eat and digest desi food. And afterwards they have to run a marathon in order to portray that they are eligible to win. Coming forward the contest topic .

Dieting Or Exercise

Which is a better way to stay in shape? By controlling the food we eat or by rigorous exercises. Which do you do? Or is it something that should be combined? When can exercises or dieting become toxic for the individual?

People have variation in thoughts and we accept all the opinions as each one has a distinct narrative. But I would support exercising because it assisted me all the time. Once in my teenage years I used to remain chubby due to lack of workout. I am not a fast food person , sometimes I skip meals due to studies but it never ever helped me . The actual realization came when I said goodbye to university life hehe , I became fit when no one was there to give me a compliment lol. Beginning my fitness journey from 65 I moved to 58 which is the ideal weight I must have. How much duration did it take? Hmmm I joined gym and hold the membership for more than six months😅 what exercises I went through ,only running bro at the 11× speed. Also let me give credit to my mom who remained with me as a walk partner for more than a year and we haven't skipped morning and night walks to any extent. Why I did all this lol , well I wanted to look stunning at my wedding and I shocked everyone too. Now don't get bored or jealous of my story. Hehe let me come with logic.

  • Why exercise can save you?

Individuals who train their body for exercise no matter if it's only walk or weight lifting they enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Scientific studies reveal how much aerobic respiration gets better when you burn calories. You are working with your metabolism too, all the biological cycles improve as the result of exercising. Sweating helps you to burn the extra excessive body fat and will feel even your skin will glow too. Keeping one's self hydrated assists you to enjoy good health as you are not shaking hands with diseases.

  • Can Dieting becomes a havoc ?

Multiple people will argue but Dieting can make you fragile and susceptible to numerous diseases. Scientific studies do support eating healthy in bits but one shouldn't ignore the role of each food in maintaining a good body. Cutting off sugar, becoming vegan can't help you to stay in shape. As your body needs everything, even the carvings you have is also a part of mental satisfaction. Talking about facial features which change rapidly after Dieting believe me I don't like them at any cost. They looked like patients of Anorexia Nervosa lol. So who will like their looks do you?

I really appreciate those who do physical exercise but in my case, I don't go for it (except walking ) but I can continuously maintain my fitness. Maybe my walking habit can be a reason.

Without controlling your food habit there is also a limitation and after a certain period you can't decrease weight, in that case, you must go for diet food for must.

I strongly disagree with it. Diet food ensures the nutrient requirement of our body but with low calories and diet food is preferable for and it's scientifically proven. I think you tried to talk about the habit of reducing food consumption which is not healthy. am I right?

I wanted to point out the disadvantages of keto and detox , as the only consumption of veggies and fruits doesn't seem healthy to me ( you can contradict on this ) I feel are we animals who consume them 🤣 fun aside but my preference always stayed on exercise and last day I made 40 minutes walk and In the morning when I was making breakfast I was Holding myself not to fall on stove as muscles got fatigue after long time 🤠( did all this in zeal to get in shape 😜)

Obviously, only eating veggies and fruits is not considered healthy because those can't fulfill our protein requirement and without protein how can we say something about diet food? Hehe, it's a common misconception of many of us that eating veggies and fruits is known as diet food and it's not healthy because protein is very important for health and at any cost, it should not be missed from food. I got our point and I hope you also got my point😉.
