Hi people of the community, today I invite you to read this post of a traditional drawing, of a character called The Penitent from the video game Blasphemous, which I have recently started playing, since I had a while without playing any video game and this is one of the few games that I have tried with the artistic style of pixel art, a style that I find quite striking and nostalgic, because it reminds me a lot of the retro games that I played in my childhood, then it occurred to me to draw this very particular character that stands out quite a bit due to the peculiarity of his helmet, at first I thought of a pose where the character's helmet could be fully appreciated, but I didn't want the face or the sword to look very small, so for that reason, I cut out the top of the helmet, the pose that I imagined for the character would be holding his sword with both hands near his face, although I don't usually do this type of art in traditional I wanted to cheer myself up and try how it would look, since for this type of art that I don't usually do in pencil, in certain cases I would choose to do it digitally, since unlike the digital canvas, As you know, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake or draw a wrong line, in digital the sheet will never get stained unlike real paper or canvas and even if the paper I use is not of high quality, if you are careful enough, it will not get stained, finishing this sketch, I think the result looks decent, but anyway, tell me what do you think? Thank you very much for reading my post and I hope you enjoy it.
