I am the laziest one when it comes to doing physical exercise and I totally avoid it. I think my waking habit is very helpful to maintain my fitness.

At the initial I usually skip my meal because I want to burn my tummy fat not knowing I was doing the wrong stuff but all thanks to a friend who later enlightened me. Though I find dieting tiring but exercise works best for me.
