Another Centralized Exchange in the USA?

It's pretty wild but should have been predicted that Trump was going to launch his own crypto exchange. When you think about it he's been tapping into crypto a lot over the last few years. From running NFTs to sell for campaign fund raisers to most likely holding a decent share of the crypto assets primarily Ethereum I would speculate.

That being said we just caught wind that Trump will be launch his own crypto exchange. Right now there are two prominent contenders in the USA space. Those being Coinbase and Gemini.

The DeFiant Ones

Seems to be pushing off the course of the USA being way off track as of late and the Defiant ones trying to correct things as being the defiant ones. This ends up being a little over half of the USA that currently feels this way and the play feels like a return back to where crypto was once a way to stick it to the man.

However those days are just about over as ETFs and other investment vehicles ended up over taking crypto for the most part and once again use middle men to do transactions.

While there's still a small amount of people that use the old school way of sending and receiving funds which still stick it to the man the bulk of those transactions are starting to go outside of this.

The Features

While we don't know the real features of what this platform will be we are starting to put some things together. For example it seems like it's going to be a family run projects and with that trump has said that he see's defi as the future.

It's going to be interesting to see how they do defi if they do as it could spark a massive re-entry into the markets. This along with a number of other things going on is starting to paint a VERY bullish market if trump ends up getting elected at the president for 2025.

I didn't see this coming... I guess that makes him truly pro-crypto, and not discovering it for campaign reasons.

Hoping Mr Trump doesn't just hype the cryptoverse and exit backdoor when all is done. Anyway, I feel he will stick around perharps not just as president but as a businessman hoping to leverage blockchain opportunities.

honestly it could happen. All of these people are looking out for themselves and not others
