Each week on a Sunday my little relaxing style day I like to do a recap post of things I've seen happening with hive and the ecosystem. These are only things I'm aware of so if you know of others please feel free to drop them down in the comments to give us all a update on the project and also to get it on my radar more to be included in the following weeks, thanks!

Hives Price Action

The price action on hive this week even though small has been in a positive direction which is a much welcomed new trend after months if not years of consistent downward trend. Perhaps the bounce off the bottom and a usher into the alt coin season? Who knows, but it's been sending some positive vibes around lately with people who are still active in the ecosystem.

Outside of that there's also been rather good price action in Splinterlands not only on the DEC and SPS price but on other assets like cards, land etc have all started to move back in the positive direction again. Personally I bought a ton of SPS at $0.005 - $0.0055 and it's now trading at $0.008 which might not seem like a lot but that's a massive 45% gain which is kind of unheard of in most of these markets at the moment. Personally I see a day in 2025 when SPS returns to at least $0.03 so these prices to me are still a good investment. (Not financial advice simply giving my opinion)

Goals

$HIVE

Goal: 250,000 Current: 117,748

Week over week this was a much better one being that I'm back at home and back at it. It really takes about two full weeks to get back into the grove of things on hive after being gone mainly because of the slow delegation to curation earnings again and also the curation and author rewards themselves take some time to get flowing again.

We pushed another 388 hive powered up which was well over 125 more than last week so great progression happening again and pushes us past our half way goal at 55 hive powered up per day with the goal being 100 hive powered up per day by end of year. (Now of course that will change a bit based on the price of hive)

HBD

HBD isn't a focus of mine much anymore however I have started to pile a bit of it up again. This is mainly because I want enough revenue passivly coming in to cover server cost for various projects I'll be releasing this year. Nodes running etc all on hive. The current growth here is roughly 300 HBD being stacked to earn 15% at the moment per month. This adds just under 4HBD per month to the passive income streams so it's so far looking closer to end of year before we start to really pump all those nodes online. I'm expecting to take a loss on running those nodes however I still want to contribute more to the ecosystem without burning holes in my pocket which simply doesn't make sense.

$LEO

Goal: 150,000 Current: 146,460

Week over week we pushed another 383 leo powered up. This puts us well on track to our goal as we only need 35 leo per day to hit it by end of year. Goal still is to try and strive to hit it by end of month however but I have a strong feeling we are going to be rolling into mid to end October for that to be reached. Still going to push for it by building some stacks of hive and doing a little more delegation there as I do want to dig into Defi again here soon and start building that more before the real bull starts to kick off.

Also I should note I was able to power up 150 LEO for LPUD (Leo power up day) which I had to buy a bunch off the market as I power up every day and didn't have enough lol

Splinterlands

I've actully had some very notable changes here over the last week. I have more land now online and clearing even more of it. I also stack the pools a bit more and also built SPS to a point where I'm pretty sure now I'll be hitting 1 million SPS at least by end of year which I was questioning a bit for a while there but we are now well on track!

Also I've been stacking up on cards and playing a lot more battles. The goal now is to get my first title in the game and apply that one one of my plots most likely the SPS plot which would boost it by another 10%.

These smaller boosts might not seem like a lot however after days, months and even years this small investment and increase will add up to be results that constantly compound.
