I went home for an extra family day on Saturday first spending some quality time with my oldest niece explaining her how the Balatro game works and playing it together. After that I took a brief walk with our dog letting her out for a while. I also spent some time talking to my mom and went back to my appartment stopping by the supermarket to get some heathy food. In the evening I watched a long comedy show about the past tv landscape year which was quite good and ended by practicing some more piano.
Food Diary
I started out by eating a smoothie and pretty much didn't eat afterward until the evening where I made 125 grams of spirelli Pea Pasta along with some nutritional yeast and nigella as healthy topping. However, very late before going to bed I did eat a couple of Mais Crackers with Peanut butter not being able to resist that urge.

I for some reason without an alarm clock only woke up around 12:00 so I need to fix my sleeping pattern again.
New Day Goals: I'm not sure yet about Sunday as I could start my new hot yoga year with a class at 17:00 but at the same time I kind of want to eat something less healthy for 1 more time to start a hot yoga year on Monday.
