Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog something about the gym. As I have tell you guys about my old gym that it get burn and I am in search on new gym. So I have even joined the another one but, but before that I was taking the trial of another gym branch where I have joined. So I thought to even share with you guys about that gym if you guys might like this.
As there are lot and lot of gym in our city, so we were taking the trial before I have join. But it's the same branch so let's go ahead I have also clicked a lot of photos you guys might also like the gym. As we enter in the gym there was a name "BB CLUB" and there at the reception lady was sitting where she was collecting all the data of each and every member. Then after giving all the information we just went to the changing room and it was too big, the lights very too intense and the smell over there was pure. We can feel fresh over there.
After wearing the shoes and all we went to the gym area where all the people were training their body (in machine area) . We were firstly seeing the machines how they are to train. And doing the warm-up and all. After that we started our workout and we train CHEST, SHOULDER on that day.
As now we were doing our workout so we put all our mobile phones aside, after that when we take a break we saw a cardio area, where already many people were training their body or losing fat. The machines were very good and advance they were very smooth we can feel the reps and our workout.
After doing all the workout we went to another section where we were doing STRETCHING to relax our muscles so they don't pain a much after the workout. That area is for calisthenics but the area was empty so we were sitting and reviewing the gym. Because all the machines were very good and we feel each and every single rep our workout was very intense and we can feel the pain in our body.
At the end when we were just about to leave the gym and going to the changing room there we saw a cafe where all the coffees and other things were available they have also made place to sit and drink you can do all your work over there. And in just front side there was a SHOWROOM of PROTINE and all it was a dream for each and every GYM GUY. We don't know that it was empty of filled but the PROTINES over there was looking so classy that it melts our heart to take it right now from the mirror.
