During these days I have been able to be part of a magical project. Always during the summer vacation period, the Hermanos Saíz Association dedicates a full week to teaching courses related to artistic manifestations. Already last year I was participating in a course of narrative techniques and creative writing. This year, I decided to enroll in the course about Visual Arts.
I've never been someone who feels much appreciation for the plastic and visual arts, but I've always believed that it's because I haven't known how. That was my main intention when I joined this course. However, Reydi Zamora, the teacher in charge of this course, knew how to exceed my expectations by far, making a general outline of all the arts and their history.
During the five days of the workshop I was able to learn about art criticism, the market, artistic movements and contemporary art in particular. I confess that it has been an enriching experience because Professor Reydi, who I am lucky to have as a friend, has the ability to explain many things at the same time, mixing history, art, criticism, politics and philosophy, all without losing the main thread of what he was saying. He is someone from whom I have been able to learn a lot and with whom it is a pleasure to exchange.
In addition, I was able to exchange with the other students, who although we were not all the same age, we shared this passion and sensitivity for art. I feel very grateful for having experienced something like this.

Además, pude intercambiar con los otros estudiantes, que aunque no todos teníamos la misma edad, compartimos esta pasión y sensibilidad por el arte. Me siento muy agradecido por haber vivido algo como esto.
