Hola a todos, la verdad soy muy agradecido por la fortaleza que me da el SEÑOR, por las publicacopnes y por tener que publicar, por el hecho de que la verdad hago un poco de todo, un dia carpintero, un dia de herrero, un dia de jardinero, un dia constructor pero loque calculo que sobresalgo casi siempre es en las comidas, bueno es el pasatiempo de cada uno, como bien saben amigos que todo lo que hago, siempre lo hago con mucho AMOR Y PERSEVERANCIA, siempre en llegar a un final feliz, como por ejemplo en cocinar este fideo espagueti con una salsa de pollo.
Cuando me refiero a una salsa de pollo, quizas suena algo diferente a lo comun, porque esta salsa propiamente dicha, la cocine de la siguiente manera, en esta sarten grande en donde agregue un poco de aceite, luego cebolla y ajo bien cortados y los deje cocinarse.
Luego agregue el pollo cortado en porciones no muy grandes, el mismo se trata de pechuga, para luego agregar un poco de agua caliente, luego sal a gusto, morron o locote cortados en tiras, condimentos varios, salsa de tomate y diferente porque le agregue zapallo, batata, tape dicha sarten y deje que se cocine, quedando todo como se ve en la fotografia.
Para preparar dicho fideo, coloco una olla en la hornalla de la cosina, le vierto un poco de aceite para que no se haga masacote, luego agrego agua caliente, despues el fideo antes mencionado, comensando a revolver muy despacio, para que el mismo no se pegue y salga un masacote, jajajaja, luego una ves cosinado, se le quita toda el agua, le agrego muy poco aceite de oliva y queso rallado, quedando con un saboe excelente.
Como bien les comente amigos, referente a ser multifacetico, bueno en la medida que se pueda, porque cuando llegamos a una edad, por supuesto que cosas que no podemos realizar, pero cuando se trata de comida, para degustar la misma lo hacemos con mucha pasion.
