Hello everyone, we always remember to improve our way of eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, when we feel a little overwhelmed with our health, by this I mean that we feel some discomfort and from time to time it is very good to change a little, so that our body is renewed and after all this not abruptly change the way we eat or have breakfast, always gradually and of course with a lot of conduct, both in quality and quantity, that all that influences a lot, but if we taste a breakfast like this, which consists of hard boiled egg, mamon with seeds and everything, also pancakes made with whole wheat flour, the truth is that I personally like it and for me is an excellent combination.
It can also be as to vary a little in what I mean fruit, is to prepare hard huavo, pancakes with whole wheat flour and in this case with kiwi, cut into julienne strips not very thin, of course all this can be accompanied with coffee, tea, juice and there is a wide variety, for this case.
The theme friends and which I consider to be the most important in these cases, is to feel better than we are and of course also knowing that it does us a lot of good regarding our livelihood or LIFE ITSELF.

Hola a todos, siempre nos acordamos de mejorar nuestra manera de desayunar, almorzar y cenar, cuando nos sentimos un poco agobiados con nuestra salud, con esto quiero decir que, sentimos alguna molestias y de ves en cuando es muy bueno cambiar un poco, para que nuestro organismo se renueve y despues de todo esto no cambiar bruscamente la manera de comer o desayunar, siempre paulatinamente y por supuesto con mucha conducta, tanto en la calidad como en la cantidad, que todo eso influye mucho, pero si degustamos un desayuno como lo este, el cual se compone de huevo duro, mamon con semillas y todo, tambien panqueques elaborados con harina integral, la verdad que en lo personal me agrada y para mi es una combinacion excelente.
Tambien puede ser como para variar un poco en lo que a fruta me refiero, es de preparar huavo duro, panqueques con harina integral y en este caso con kiwi, cortado en julianas no muy finas, por supuesto que todo esto lo podemos acompañar con cafe, te, jugo y existe una gran variedad, para tal caso.
El tema amigos y el cual concidero que es lo mas importante en estos caso, es para sentirnos mejor de lo que estamos y por supuesto sabiendo tambien que nos hace mucho bien referente a nuestra subsistencia o sea la VIDA MISMA.
