Hola a todos, que bueno es empesar una semana nueva, pero en este caso con la diferencia de que en este comienzo, para degustar el desayuno es de una manera diferente, cuando menciono diferente es porque el mismo se trata de preparar el cafe con leche bien batido como se ve en la foto, por supuesto que si sale un poco mas claro es mejor, tambien preparando unos huevos duros, para acompañar el mismo,
Pero con la diferencia de que los huevos duros los prepare para degustarlos con una sabrosa ensalada de fruta, todas cortadas en trozos muy pequeños, en este caso dichas frutas son, banana, mamon, manzanas verdes y rojas, luego para condimentar dicha ensalada lo hice preparando un poco de jugo de limon y naranja, para luego verter y mesclar bien todo.
Una ves que tome el cafe con leche, con tostadas de galletas de arroz, sigo con dicha ensalada, por supuesto que el huevo duro tambien lo pique en trozos bien pequeños, de esa manera luego de estar todo bien mesclado lo degusto muy despacio, es todo un excelente desayuno.
