No major rewards or changes last week but I did get another Tier 5 Rare Reward card from one of the Under 23 Competitions which at least is something. I also ended up buying a rare copy of Thorgan Hazard who soon should be back after a long injury.
Regular Season Week 13 Rare Results
Both rewards came from the Under 23 League where Goalkeeper Delavallee who I bought for just 5€ instantly was earned back. The result this week also shows that you want to be in the lowest league possible as 331 points got me way more in League 4 compared to what I got from 345 points in League 3 which makes no sense whatsoever. It still goes to show that there is still a lot of room for improvement in Sorare.

One line-up came close to getting a solid score but 1 DNP only made it get a box which was the case in nearly all lineups that 1 player who underperformed killed the chances.

New Week Limited Lineups!
I'm once again going for my Antwerp Stack which now also has one of their midfielders with Praet. They play against Kortrijk who is one of the weaker teams so there is a chance for a strong performance across the board. The other 5 lineups feel like lottery tickets with a small chance to win anything more than a box.

Ibe Hautekiet: With Bates injured for Standard he is in the team and not doing bad. A couple weeks ago I went to hit the market for an under 23 goalkeeper which now gives me an extra one that I instantly used in one of my lineups.
Thorgan Hazard: He had a long injury and his price totally collapsed to the point where it feels like a nice player to pick up knowing he should be back soon and important for Anderlecht while he does continue to have a risk on injuries. So in case he would get back in the team and do well I might sell at a higher price.
YildirimHe is a 19-year-old striker from trabsonspor with rare minutes so maybe useful in the future somewhere.
Season 2024-2025 Owned Collection Value
It's fairly easy to track your personal earnings on the Sobase.Football website. We seem to be at a point again where the rewards don't fully compensate for the drop in card values over time as more get printed and dumped on the market.
I am no longer putting outside funds into Sorare at this point and will track my total account value from here on out weekly.

From the looks of it, it will be hard to outearn the decrease in card values as more and more are being put up for sale on the market.
Conclusion
I'm still having a ton of fun with Sorare and I'm highly looking forward to the coming weekend. If I win something or manage to break even I'm already a happy player. Given the continued inflation, this is a game and not an investment.
