I really like watching the Olympics, several sports gathered in the same place with several athletes from every corner of the world, especially the best, without a doubt it is a pure entertainment program for those who like sports. The historical side is a separate element that each edition of the Games brings the beauty, essence and fame of the biggest sporting competition in the world.
Even for those who don't usually watch all or most of the sports, at least in some sport the person may be interested in enjoying it. I really like watching gymnastics presentations, for example. It's incredible to see what the well-prepared human body is capable of doing. Both male and female athletes show the world their skills and acrobatics in a fantastic way.
But not everything is good things that we can boast about or much less praise. Paris is one of the most famous cities in the world and is currently hosting the Olympics. Many things have happened so far and perhaps the traditional media didn't want to reveal it to the viewer, but the internet fortunately helps us see how the world is in another way, in a clearer and truer way.
In this article I will present some unusual things that happened in Paris. Unfortunately, a lot of unpleasant things happened that put the safety and health of Olympic athletes at risk. Regarding the opening of the Olympics, I honestly found it very weak, if you removed the Olympic symbols I believe anyone would say that what happened was not an opening ceremony, but anyway... Discomfort Forces Athlete to Sleep Outside the Olympic Village
For those who have never had anything like traveling to compete in a sport during their school years, or even never been to an Olympic Village, perhaps people can imagine that the accommodations must be like [“5-star”] hotels(), right? ? I also imagined this a while ago, but nowadays it is completely different from what I could imagine.
On an ordinary day at the Games, an athlete from Italy was seen sleeping on the floor. The athlete is Thomas Ceccon, the Italian was caught sleeping in a park, as he claimed that due to the heat and also the poor facilities in his room, he decided to sleep on the street. Thomas was champion in the 100 meter backstroke.

Because of this episode, the Prime Minister of Romania, Marcel Ciolacu, has already stated that he refuses to participate in the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games. According to the minister, Ana Bǎrbosu and Sabrina Maneca-Voinea were treated "in an absolutely dishonorable manner" by the judges during the Solo final test.
Athletes Feel Sick After Swimming in the River Seine
Have you ever imagined the situation of an Olympic athlete who spent years training to be prepared for the Games and when it came to taking the Triathlon race, for example, was forced to swim in a river that was polluted? For those who don't know, the Rio Sena, has fecal coliforms detected in its waters and even though “efforts” were made well before the event started, currently the river still has a level of pollution above the acceptable level.

Nobody deserves to eat bad food, right? It could be anyone, but imagine that this becomes something “common” in the Olympic Village? The British swimmer Adam Peaty complained a lot about the organization of the Paris Games. The athlete revealed that worms were found in the food served in the Olympic Village.

In Tokyo the food was amazing. In Rio it was amazing. But this time? There aren't enough protein options, there are long lines, we have to wait 30 minutes for food. Eu gosto muito de acompanhar as Olimpíadas, vários esportes reunidos em um mesmo lugar com vários atletas de cada canto do mundo, principalmente os melhores, sem dúvidas é um programa de puro entretenimento para quem gosta de esportes. O lado histórico é um elemento à parte que a cada edição dos Jogos traz a beleza, a essência e a fama da maior competição esportiva do mundo.
Mesmo para quem não costuma ver todos ou a maioria das modalidades, pelo menos em algum esporte a pessoa pode ter o interesse de apreciar. Eu gosto muito de ver as apresentações da ginástica por exemplo. É incrível ver como o corpo humano bem preparado é capaz de fazer. Os atletas tanto do feminino e masculino mostram para o mundo suas habilidades e acrobacias de um jeito fantástico.
Mas nem tudo são coisas boas que podemos vangloriar ou muito menos elogiar. Paris é uma das mais famosas cidades do mundo e que está neste momento sediando as Olimpíadas. Muitas coisas aconteceram até agora e talvez a mídia tradicional não quis revelar para o telespectador, mas a internet felizmente nos ajuda a ver como o mundo é de outra forma, de um jeito mais claro e verdadeiro.
Neste artigo apresentarei algumas coisas inusitadas que aconteceram em Paris. Infelizmente muita coisa desagradável aconteceu e colocou em risco a segurança e também a saúde dos atletas olímpicos. Sobre a abertura das Olimpíadas eu sinceramente achei bem fraca, se tirasse os símbolos olímpicos eu acredito que qualquer pessoa diria que aquilo que aconteceu não era uma cerimônia de abertura, mas enfim... Desconforto Obriga Atleta a Dormir Fora da Vila Olímpica
Para quem nunca teve algo parecido em viajar para competir algum esporte em sua fase escolar, ou mesmo nunca foi para uma Vila Olímpica, talvez as pessoas possam imaginar que as acomodações devem ser como de hotéis “5 estrelas” não é mesmo? Eu também imaginava isso uma época atrás, mas hoje em dia é completamente diferente do eu possamos imaginar.
Em um dia comum dos Jogos, um atleta da Itália foi visto dormindo no chão. O atleta é o Thomas Ceccon, o italiano foi flagrado dormindo em um parque, pois o mesmo alegou que por conta do calor e também das péssimas instalações de seu quarto, ele decidiu dormir na rua. Thomas foi campeão nos 100 metros nado costas.
Além do verão Europeu, a falta de conforto, falta de ar condicionado e de alimento são algumas das reclamações dos atletas que estão na Vila Olímpica de Paris e o vídeo de Thomas Ceccon deitado do lado de um banco viralizou na internet.
Protesto Simbólico da Romênia

Atletas Passam Mal Após Nadarem no Rio Sena
Você já imaginou a situação de um atleta olímpico que passou anos treinando para estar preparado para os Jogos e no momento de fazer a prova de Triatlo por exemplo, foi obrigado a nadar em um rio que estar poluído? Para quem não sabe, o Rio Sena, está com coliformes fecais detectados em suas águas e mesmo que “esforços” foram feitos bem antes de começar o evento, atualmente o rio ainda está com o nível de poluição acima do aceitável.
Imagine a situação dos atletas nadadores ao estarem diante de um rio que não estar com condições para banho. Muitos relatos de atletas que sentiram um fedor insuportável e até começaram a passar mal após a prova. O atleta suíço de Triatlo, Adrien Brifford, está internado após nadar no Rio Sena. Ele está com a bactéria Escherichia coli, que pode causar insuficiência renal e outras complicações graves.
Esse é apenas um de vários relatos de atletas que passaram mal e saiba que mais de 5 atletas estão internados por conta de alguma infecção. Isso é completamente um absurdo que um evento desse porte ter uma situação dessa. Imagine você estar assistindo uma prova de nado e de repente ver os atletas nadando no Rio Sena e é possível ver o esgoto ao lado deles. É completamente surreal isso.
Vermes na Comida
Ninguém merece comer uma comida estraga não é mesmo? Pode ser qualquer pessoa, mas imagine que isso se torna algo “comum” na Vila Olímpica? O nadador britânico Adam Peaty reclamou muito da organização dos Jogos de Paris. O atleta revelou que foram encontrados vermes na comida servida na Vila Olímpica.
Adam foi bem direto:
"Em Tóquio a comida era incrível. No Rio era incrível. Mas desta vez? Não há opções de proteínas suficientes, há longas filas, temos que esperar 30 minutos por comida. Eu gosto de peixe, e as pessoas estão achando vermes no peixe. Não é bom o suficiente. O serviço não é bom o suficiente para o nível no qual os atletas devem performar. Precisamos dar o nosso melhor."
Concluindo
Apesar de tantos relatos que aconteceram, não podemos deixar de lado o evento em si onde os atletas tentam se superar cada vez mais e buscar suas medalhas por conta de anos de treinamento e dedicação. É evidente que incidentes podem existir mas que não manchem os Jogos. Porém é importante destacar que Paris não estava tão preparada para sediar as Olimpíadas como era imaginado.
