Today COTI announced a partnership between themselves and DOJIMA who I have never heard of before today. It doesn't necessarily mean it is bad or an unknown, but the crypto space has grown so much over the last year it is impossible to know what every crypto project is doing. What I find quite ironic is the crypto projects we probably should know about where the real value still remains hidden we have no clue yet the meme coins that offer nothing get plenty of attention. Looking at it this way you can see what type of fools we have in crypto who will one day cry that they missed out.
I thought the best place to start to unravel this partnership is to first see what DOJIMA do. From my little tech understanding DOJIMA has a super blockchain called the Omnichain that has interoperability to link with other blockchains.
DOJIMA call themselves the WEB3 HEADQUARTERS
This means developers can build a Dapp on the Omichain and it can be used on other blockchains. They state that they can have the entire Web 3 on one unified layer. As you can see from the above screen shot they have already connected with 7 other blockchains. This is the future with every blockchain seamlessly working together for convenience. Not every blockchain will have what you require and many will be specializing in certain areas which will make no difference if they are all accessible for ease of use.
DOJIMA want to add he COTI V2 tech to their interoperable stack which will enhance security and privacy for transactions happening across various blockchains they are already partnered with. They go on to highlight using COTI V2 technology it will able them to streamline their infrastructure by reducing the computational needs along with data storage which we know is 250 x less than what is currently being used. All of this adds up to offering a more efficient service ultimately reducing costs.
DOJIMA through it's Omnichain has taken away the need for validators to operate nodes for every blockchain they support. This again cuts down the costs plus makes everything more efficient and thus more scalable.
Partnering with COTI does make sense because adding the privacy that COTI V2 is offering will enhance what they now can offer developers. This is still early days with the Garbled Circuits that COTI has developed. The use cases are endless where this can go and we shall see many more partnership announcements over the coming weeks and months.
What is exciting for COTI is this is no longer just COTI developing on their own and with every partnership taking place the development will just speed up. The thought that COTI could have hundreds of partnerships developing use cases is mind boggling and who knows where the value of this token could end up.
