He has provided us with absolutely everything so that we can live fully here on earth and an eternal life with Him forever, here we have a source of strength that is inexhaustible.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever; 17 even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him; but you know him, because he dwells with you and will be in you.

Let us remember the picture of the last supper of the Lord Jesus Christ who at one point set out to teach the disciples what their mission was and what would happen after being crucified on the cross, the Lord Jesus Christ knew exactly what moment was ahead and that the darkest moment of humanity would arrive to begin a new era in the world. That is why immediately after speaking all this, He promised that He would send the Holy Spirit, the helper that would accompany them at all times, especially in future afflictions.
Generally, as human beings we believe that with our strength we will face and overcome all the tests we face in this life, this is something heroic, but when we choose the security we have in the Lord Jesus Christ we begin to develop a very different mentality, a mentality in accordance with the word of God. Thus we discover our human weakness, that we cannot face many tests that are presented to us, but at the same time we discover our strength through the Holy Spirit of God in us and we find more strength than we can understand, even than we can imagine to overcome any test.
Whether we face a physical, emotional or spiritual struggle, it is the Holy Spirit of God that will be helping us at all times, for that we have to put our trust in God that it will be so. The apostle Paul teaches us in detail how this is, let us remember the prayer of the apostle Paul who asked that this test be removed, while the Lord answered him that power would be perfected in weakness.
And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest upon me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
We generally believe that God only acts or helps us when we are already at rock bottom, when we have reached the limit of our strength. But in reality it is not like that, the Holy Spirit of God is the inexhaustible source of strength, when we recognize that we are powerless it means that we are giving God a place to act through his Holy Spirit, we recognize that we need God's help and guidance again to face any challenge that comes our way as God acts at all times. Recordemos el cuadro de la última cena del señor Jesucristo que en un momento se propuso a enseñar a los discípulos cuál era su misión y qué es lo que sucedería momento después de ser crucificado en la cruz, el señor Jesucristo sabía exactamente qué momento venían por delante y que llegaría el momento más oscuro de la humanidad para dar inicio a una nueva era en el mundo. Es por eso que inmediatamente después de hablar todo esto le prometió que enviaría al espíritu Santo, el ayuda Door que les acompañaría en todo momento, sobre todo en las aflicciones futuras.
Generalmente como seres humanos creemos que con nuestras fuerzas enfrentaremos y venceremos todas las pruebas que enfrentamos en esta vida, esto es algo heroico, pero cuando elegimos la seguridad que tenemos en el señor Jesucristo comenzamos a desarrollar una mentalidad muy diferente, una mentalidad conforme a la palabra de Dios. Así descubrimos nuestra debilidad humana, que no podemos hacer frente a muchas pruebas que se nos presenta, pero al mismo momento descubrimos nuestra fortaleza mediante el espíritu Santo de Dios en nosotros y hayamos más fuerza de lo que podemos entender aún de lo que podemos imaginar para superar cualquier prueba.
Ya sea que nos enfrentemos a una lucha física, emocional o espiritual, es el Santo espíritu de Dios que estará ayudándonos en todo momento, para eso nosotros tenemos que poner nuestra confianza en Dios en que así será. El apóstol Pablo nos enseña detalladamente cómo es esto, recordemos la oración del apóstol Pablo que pidió que se le quite esa prueba, mientras que el señor le respondió que el poder sería perfeccionado en la debilidad.
Y me ha dicho: Bástate mi gracia; porque mi poder se perfecciona en la debilidad. Por tanto, de buena gana me gloriaré más bien en mis debilidades, para que repose sobre mí el poder de Cristo.
2 Corintios 12:9
Generalmente creemos que Dios solamente actúa o nos ayuda cuando ya estamos tocando fondo, cuando hemos llegado a nuestro límite de fuerzas. Pero en realidad no es así, el espíritu Santo de Dios es la fuente inagotable de fuerza, cuando nosotros reconocemos que somos impotentes quiere decir que estamos dándole Lugar para que Dios actúe a través de su espíritu Santo, reconocemos que necesitamos la ayuda y la guía de nuevo pero Dios para enfrentar cualquier desafío que se nos presente como Dios actúa en todo momento. ¿Lo crees?.
