Welcome back one more week, dear friends of the Splinterlands universe. In this week's Social Media Challenge I told you that last week, due to lack of time, I was unable to contribute my weekly article to the Engagement Challenge. This week things have changed and I'm back with this interesting challenge. And this week I'm going to give you some little tips on how useful Training Mode is and what I use it for. Personally, it's a combat mode that I find very interesting and, today, I'm going to reveal the reasons behind that opinion. Let's start without taking up any more of your time.

En el Social Media Challenge de esta semana os contaba que la semana pasada, por falta de tiempo, no pude aportar mi artículo semanal al Engagement Challenge. Esta semana la cosa ha cambiado y vuelvo a la cita con este interesante reto. Y esta semana voy a dejarte unos pequeños tips de la utilidad que tiene el Training Mode y para qué lo utilizo yo. Personalmente es una modalidad de combate que me parece muy interesante y, hoy, voy a descubrirte los motivos que hay detrás de esa opinión. Comenzamos sin entretenerte más.
I'll start by being honest. I have no idea when this Training Mode was implemented. However, I discovered it relatively recently and I wish I had had it available when I was first taking my steps in the game. I find it to be an ideal tool for multiple options. From trying out new strategies, discovering new cards and even testing the use you could give to that card you've been following in the market for weeks. Those three reasons are the main ones, although I'm sure that by reading other players' articles this week you will be able to find multiple additional uses, which can give you an idea of how useful Training Mode is in Splinterlands.
Voy a empezar siendo sincero. No tengo ni idea de cuándo se implementó esta modalidad del Training Mode. Sin embargo, la he descubierto hace relativamente poco tiempo y ojalá la hubiera tenido disponible cuando daba mis primeros pasos en el juego. Y es que me parece una herramienta ideal para múltiples opciones. Desde probar nuevas estrategias, descubrir nuevas cartas e, incluso, probar la utilidad que podrías dar a esa carta que llevas siguiendo en el mercado desde hace semanas. Esos tres motivos son los principales aunque seguro que leyendo los artículos de otros jugadores esta semana podrás encontrar múltiples utilidades adicionales lo que te puede dar una idea de lo util que resulta el Training Mode en Splinterlands.
You know that I usually leave a battle with my analysis. This week will be no different. And the thing is that what I use Training Mode for the most is to test cards that I have in my sights for future investments in the game. You know, those cards that you would like to add to your roster but you don't know if they would have a real use in your strategies. Well, that is the main use for which I use this game mode. I'm sure you have another one and I know that there are many more options, but more than to test strategies and card combinations, currently, I use Training Mode to find out if some of the cards that I could buy have a real use in my game.
Ya sabes que habitualmente dejo una batalla con mis análisis. Esta semana no va a ser menos. Y es que para lo que más utilizo el Training Mode es para probar cartas que tengo en seguimiento para futuras inversiones en el juego. Ya sabes, esas cartas que te gustaría incorporar a tu roster pero que no terminas de saber si tendrían una utilidad real dentro de tus estrategias. Pues bien, ese es la utilidad principal para la que yo uso este modo de juego. Seguro que tu tendrás otra y sé que hay muchas más opciones, pero más que para probar estrategias y combinaciones de cartas, en la actualidad, yo utilizo el Training Mode para saber si algunas de las cartas que podría comprar tienen uso real en mi juego.
In the battle I'm going to show you below, I'm going to test four cards. Well, actually, only three, as Sea Monster was already in my roster for a while and I decided to sell it since I have many other better options for the tank position. Ruler of the Seas as a possible purchase and Mar Toren Seeker and Nalara Geiken that will eventually make it to my roster through rewards are the cards I wanted to test in combat. As you'll see below, the three together work well and work together quite well. However, I think Ruler of the Seas, for my playstyle, doesn't quite fit, although I'll keep testing it.
En la batalla que te muestro a continuación voy a probar cuatro cartas. Well, there you have it. Are you like me and didn't know about Training Mode until recently? Did you know about it and do you use it? What for? In my case, I've already confessed it to you, the main use is to try out new cards that, perhaps, will end up in my roster as a reward or that I end up buying or renting on the market. Just for this use, it's already a magnificent extra in the game. Being able to try out cards and strategies without costing ranking points is something to keep in mind and not to be dismissed under any circumstances. I hope you know how to use it and take advantage of it. Your level will take a giant step forward.
Pues aquí lo tienes. ¿Te pasa como a mi y desconocías hasta hace poco tiempo el Training Mode? ¿Tu lo conocías y lo utilizas? ¿Para qué? En mi caso ya te lo he confesado, la utilidad principal es probar cartas nuevas que, quizá, lleguen a mi roster en forma de recompensa o termine comprando o alquilando en el mercado. Solo por esta utilidad ya es un extra magnífico en el juego. Y es que poder probar cartas y estrategias sin coste de puntos en el ranking es algo a tener en cuenta y no despreciar bajo ningún concepto. Espero que sepas utilizarlo y aprovecharlo. Tu nivel dará un gigantesco paso hacia delante.
