Greetings, human gamers! How’s it going...
This week, I had to accompany my grandmother to the doctor since she's been feeling unwell, which meant I had to wait at the clinic while she was attended to or while picking up some tests and medications. Waiting is to be expected in these situations.
So, while I was there, I started browsing the Play Store and found this hidden gem of a game and the best part is that it's free.
I'm talking about Vampire Survivors, a pixel art game that you shouldn't judge by its cover, because it's absolutely crazy and offers countless hours of fun.
HOW TO PLAY
It’s simple: you just pick a character and start playing. At first, you might not understand much, but the goal is to defeat enemies to level up. Every few levels, you get to choose between three different types of weapons. Your mission? Survive as long as possible (The longest I’ve lasted so far is 20 minutes.)
At the time of writing this post, I’m on level 3, though I haven't beaten it yet to unlock level 4. My advice? Explore the entire map you’ll discover some cool surprises.
At first, the menu doesn’t have many options, but the more you play, the more features you’ll unlock. So, stay sharp.
CHARACTERS
I love this part of the game because there are many characters to choose from. Some can be purchased with gold, which you earn during levels, while others are hidden you have to find them. In my opinion, the hidden characters are the best since each one has unique attributes and weapons.
SKILL TREE
There’s a general skill tree that applies to all characters, where you can upgrade:
- Your gold earnings (a great investment).
- Your movement speed.
- The duration of your weapons.
- And one I highly recommend unlocking: +1 projectile for all weapons this one is a game-changer and helps you progress quickly.
Don't worry if you make a mistake when upgrading; you can reset and reassign your points as you see fit.
WEAPONS
This game has tons of weapons! So far, I’ve unlocked around 51, but there are still more to discover. I’ve also noticed that I have some missions that require me to complete certain tasks to unlock weapon fusions, which is a new mechanic for me.
I never expected to find such a hidden gem for mobile gaming! By the way, you can also play Vampire Survivors on Epic Games Store or Steam, though those versions aren’t free.
This game is incredibly addictive it has great difficulty scaling and requires you to replay levels multiple times to uncover all its secrets.

Esta semana tuve que acompañar a mi abuela al medico ya que ha estado delicada de salud con lo que me ha dado pie para tener que esperar en la clínica mientras la atienden o reclamarse algunos exámenes y medicamentos y es algo que es de esperar mientras te llaman para ser atendido.
Con lo que me puse a navegar en la playstore y encontré esta joya de juego y lo mejor es que es gratis.
Te hablo de Vampire Survivors un juego pixel art que no quiero que juzgues por su portada ya que es una locura de juego con muchas pero muchas horas de diversión.
COMO SE JUEGA
Bueno es fácil solo escoges tu personaje y empiezas a jugar. Al principio no entenderás mucho pero se trata de ir derrotando enemigos para subir de nivel y cada cierto nivel te darán a elegir 3 diferentes tipos de armas. Tu misión durar el mayor tiempo posible ( lo máximo que he aguantado ha sido 20 minutos)
Al momento de este post voy en el nivel 3, aunque aun no lo he pasado para desbloquear el punto 4, pero mi consejo es que vallas explorando todo el mapa para que descubras cosas que te gustaran.
Al principio el menú no tiene muchas opciones, pero entre mas juegues y avances iras desbloqueando nuevas cosas, así que pon atención.
PERSONAJES
Esta parte me encanto ya que tiene muchos personajes, algunos se compran con oro que te irán dando en los niveles y otros los deberás buscar ya que están ocultos y desde mi punto de vista son los mejores para jugar ya que cada personaje tiene atributos y armas diferentes.
ÁRBOL DE HABILIDADES
Bueno tenemos un árbol de habilidades general para todos los personajes donde podemos subir nuestra optencion de oro ( es buena ), nuestra velocidad de movimiento, nuestra duración de armas y la ultima que te recomiendo que actives es el +1 por proyectil en todas las armas la cual es muy buena y te ayudara a progresar rápido.
Aquí no importa si te equivocaste subiendo una mejora ya que podes hacer reset y activar otras a tu elección.
ARMAS
Bueno el juego tiene muchas armas y llevo alrededor de 51 desbloqueadas pero faltan más y algo que noto es que tengo unas misiones donde debo hacer x cosa para desbloquear fusiones de armas que es otra cosa nueva para mi.
En general no sabría que podría encontrar esta joya de juego para celular, algo que te digo que también lo puedes jugar desde epic games store o desde steam , pero allí si son de pago.
Vampire survivors es un juego que te puede enviciar muy fácil jeje, ya que tiene una dificultad excelente y debes entrar a los niveles varias veces para descubrir todo lo que tiene para ti.
