I have been walking through this place day after day, this is the path I use when I go and return from the gym. I am always in a hurry and I have many things to do during the day, I have seen interesting things and beautiful urban landscapes, beautiful houses and attractive architecture. I always thought that one day I would stop taking some photos of this neighborhood, so I did one day.

I don't remember exactly what time it was but I had very good light and the stage for me was perfect for these photos to be in black and white.

In this photo I wanted to add many shadows and vignettes around, I realized that the light hit part of the structure of what seems to be a small restaurant. All the vegetation that is around the same white store told me that I had to take the opportunity to capture it.

Saigon ... another of the restaurants in the area, a little more popular than the previous one and with a striking, glazed facade... You can see the reflexes of the other buildings that are on the other side of the street.

This is a quite interesting corner, I suppose that for me in particular, these old houses with these balconies take me directly to the past, I am not so old and I have not really lived that time but I have lived it through photos and books. I have discovered some affinity with architecture and I recognize that I have a very tiny little obsession for the past times, different eras.

So when I see this type of structures on the streets it is impossible not to stop to admire them, appreciate them and take some photos.

In fact, I am thinking of making many walks to create comparative photos of ancient Buenos Aires with the present. This is fascinating.
