En esta ocasión no haré mucho spoiler porque quiero hablar es de un tipo de método de grabación en el cine llamado “Plano Secuencia” Método que se ama tanto por lo difícil que es realizarlo y por como el resultado siempre, al ejecutarlo bien, impresiona y llama mucho más a seguir viendo o hasta repetir de ver la película o serie. En este caso hablaré de ambos casos de una película y dos capítulos de series que hicieron estos planos increíbles y sus impactos en mí.

This time I won't do much spoilers because I want to talk about a type of filming method in cinema called "Sequence Shot" Method that is loved both for how difficult it is to perform and how the result always, when executed well, impresses and calls much more to continue watching or even repeat watching the film or series. In this case I will talk about both cases of a film and two episodes of series that made these incredible shots and their impact on me.
1917
Una película increíble sobre la primera guerra mundial, donde dos soldados tienen la misión de entregar un importante mensaje a otro soldado que se encuentra bastante lejos, con también la pequeña trama de saber si el hermano de nuestro protagonista sigue vivo pues está en esa brigada a la que debe encontrar. En toda la trama, nos encontramos con cómo estos dos soldados se defienden de no morir o ser descubiertos por alemanes para no ser asesinados y llega un punto cúspide donde de verdad al protagonista le resulta algo imposible seguir su camino para llegar a la brigada de destino.
An incredible film about the first world war, where two soldiers have the mission to deliver an important message to another soldier who is quite far away, with also the small plot of knowing if the brother of our protagonist is still alive because he is in that brigade that he has to find. Throughout the plot, we find how these two soldiers defend themselves from dying or being discovered by Germans in order not to be killed, and there comes a climax where it is really impossible for the main character to continue on his way to reach the brigade of his destination.
Él llega a un punto donde tiene que pasar una zona en medio de un ataque, explosiones y tiros donde él no tiene que participar, pero puede resultar herido y así crearon LA MEJOR ESCENA QUE HABÍA VISTO. La escena inicia desde que él decide pasar por toda esa zona, como corre y evita a todos los otros soldados que van al ataque, que están disparando, las granadas que lanzan de ambos bandos hasta cocha con un soldado y SE LEVANTA PARA SEGUIR CORRIENDO, ES INCREÍBLE, para luego ya bajar una barricada y ya seguir un camino más seguro, pero con cadáveres y más heridos hasta sigue una parte oscura que sin cortar conectan para ya dar pie a otras escenas, puro arte.
He gets to a point where he has to go through an area in the middle of an attack, explosions and shooting where he doesn't have to participate, but he can get hurt and so they created THE BEST SCENE I HAVE EVER SEEN. The scene starts from the moment he decides to go through the whole area, how he runs and avoids all the other soldiers who are attacking, who are shooting, the grenades that are thrown from both sides until he collides with a soldier and STANDS UP TO KEEP RUNNING, IT IS AMAZING, and then he goes down a barricade and follows a safer path, but with dead bodies and more wounded until a dark part follows that without cutting they connect to give rise to other scenes, pure art.

Hace no mucho terminé la primera temporada de la serie “The Bear” y de verdad que esta serie me dejo con muchos signos de interrogación en la cabeza, pero me conquisto en todo sentido, pues de verdad no sabía que estaba a punto de ver, pero de verdad quedé impresionada. La serie tiene una trama fuerte, pues nuestro protagonista es un Chef prestigioso que decidió tomar las riendas y no vender un restaurante casero que le dejó su hermano, hermano que está muerto pues… se suicidó (no es spoiler lo dice la sinopsis y el primer capítulo) y todo es muy caótico pues tantos los trabajadores, el restaurante en sí, y el mejor amigo del hermano socio del restaurante son un caos por completo que quita las ganas de trabajar, pero nuestro protagonista tiene en la cabeza que lo quiere transformar todo y lograr llegar alto.
Not long ago I finished the first season of the series "The Bear" and really this series left me with many question marks in my head, but it conquered me in every way, because I really did not know what I was about to see, but I was really impressed. The series has a strong plot, because our protagonist is a prestigious Chef who decided to take the reins and not sell a home restaurant that his brother left him, brother who is dead because ... he committed suicide (no spoiler says the synopsis and the first chapter) and everything is very chaotic because so many workers, the restaurant itself, and the best friend of the brother partner of the restaurant are a complete chaos that takes away the desire to work, but our protagonist has in his head that he wants to transform everything and get to reach high.
Su capítulo 7 inicia de una manera tranquila, donde nos muestran que van a entrenar una herramienta nueva en el restaurante que ya estaba agarrando algo de orden, consistía de una máquina para hacer “Pre órdenes” y así cuando abran pues ya tengan la mayoría de pedidos adelantados y así llevar adelanto. Pues el caos empezó cuando Sydney configuró mal la máquina y empezaron a llegar pedidos de manera abrupta y abundante, entre 20 pollos, 15 emparedados y así sucesivamente y la escena no se cortaba en ningún momento, simplemente seguía a cada personaje y la cocina completa como el desastre que ya había empezado empeoraba y se intentaba resolver. Sin lograr mucho pues la cámara se paseó por cada conflicto en la cocina y hasta un momento donde, sin querer, apuñalaron a alguien, desastre, gritos, sangre en todo el capítulo y la secuencia completamente seguida hasta que se detiene con nuestro chef y protagonista, alterado en cuclillas viendo una dona rota en el piso y la prueba dándose cuenta que está muy buena, de verdad un capítulo que me alteró muchísimo pero me hizo disfrutar de todo lo que se puede disfrutar de otra manera con un plano secuencia.
Chapter 7 begins in a calm way, where they show us that they are going to train a new tool in the restaurant that was already taking some order, it consisted of a machine to make "Pre orders" and so when they open they already have most of the orders in advance and thus take advance. Well, the chaos started when Sydney misconfigured the machine and orders began to arrive abruptly and abundantly, between 20 chickens, 15 sandwiches and so on and the scene was not cut at any time, just followed each character and the whole kitchen as the disaster that had already started worsened and tried to solve. Without achieving much as the camera wandered through every conflict in the kitchen and even a moment where they inadvertently stabbed someone, disaster, screams, blood throughout the chapter and the sequence completely followed until it stops with our chef and protagonist, upset squatting down seeing a broken donut on the floor and tasting it realizing that it is very good, truly a chapter that upset me a lot but made me enjoy everything that can be enjoyed otherwise with a sequence shot.

Esta serie para mi es una de las mejores que he visto en mi vida y sin duda la volvería a ver, vi esta escena una vez más para refrescar su secuencia y hasta vi el capítulo completo, de verdad esta serie y Breaking Bad no tienen mejora, son increíbles y no tienen competencia. La secuencia de este capítulo es más corta que las dos anteriores que mencioné, pero logra el objetivo, ponernos tensos y ansiosos por que se descubran lo que están ocultando, pues en el capítulo anterior nos informaron que mercancía del gran Héctor Salamanca será transportada de México a Estados Unidos mediante un camión de helados.
This series for me is one of the best I've seen in my life and I would definitely watch it again, I saw this scene once more to refresh its sequence and I even watched the whole chapter, truly this series and Breaking Bad have no improvement, they are incredible and have no competition. The sequence of this chapter is shorter than the previous two I mentioned, but it achieves the goal, to make us tense and anxious to discover what they are hiding, because in the previous chapter we were informed that the great Hector Salamanca's merchandise will be transported from Mexico to the United States by an ice cream truck.
El inicio de este octavo capítulo se trata de ello, ese camión justo llegando a la frontera y a la típica revisión de camiones por la policía y allí inicia el plano, donde vemos como es escogido por policías para que ese camión en particular pase por revisión inmediata ya poniéndonos tensos, pues de verdad si hay material para ser confiscado y el conductor preso. El camión maneja hasta el estacionamiento donde tienen todos los camiones a revisar y como este se estaciona, para con detectores de metales y hasta perros empiezan a revisar la parte de afuera de este camión mientras bajan al conductor para revisar los papeles, abren el camión y escogen un pote grande de helado y dos cajas que deberían contener estos mismos, sin tardar mucho verifica que todo está correcto y la escena termina con el conductor comiendo una paleta de la caja de helados. Muy tenso porque también nos hace preguntarnos como ocultaron todo entonces logrando pasar la revisión.
The beginning of this eighth chapter is about it, that truck just arriving to the border and the typical truck review by the police and there begins the shot, where we see how it is chosen by police for that particular truck to go through immediate review and making us tense, because there really is material to be confiscated and the driver imprisoned. The truck drives to the parking lot where they have all the trucks to be checked and as this one is parked, they stop with metal detectors and even dogs begin to check the outside of this truck while they lower the driver to check the papers, open the truck and choose a large pot of ice cream and two boxes that should contain the same, without much delay verifies that everything is correct and the scene ends with the driver eating a popsicle from the box of ice cream. Very tense because it also makes us wonder how they hid everything then managing to pass the review.
