Greetings friends, I'm here once again, because my happiness for this series cannot be measured (laughs), I've been talking about it for a while and now after 3 long years it's back with force. Of course it is only the first chapter, but I still want to tell you what my impressions have been.
It premiered on January 17 and I was counting the days and when I saw that I was already super happy, I think I had not been so much for a series after Game of Thrones. As I told you I found something quite interesting what this series offers and totally different from what we are used to.
Well, the chapter lasts a little more than 45 minutes, which I wish it was more, but it was in my opinion very good. We see a Mark returning to the facilities waking up with much anxiety and meet some very peculiar colleagues, everything has changed, they have fired Mrs. Cobell who was the main boss and supervisor Milchick moved up to take her place. Now the supervisor is a teenage girl and it's all very strange.
Mark has a lot of questions, we all do really, but it seems that everything has changed, it is not known what happened with his coworkers, it seems that outside his exus had a busy schedule since 6 months passed after all the events. He saw a picture where he was in a caravan with his friends and coworkers. He senses that something strange is going on, and asks his co-workers back, he doesn't want to work with strangers, there is a kind or small rebellion on his part, Milchick is uncomfortable for several situations and tries to take control of the place and make things run smoothly.
Until Mark does something to urgently reintegrate his former colleagues, takes the intercom and calls the board which is quite unexpected as it is not something that usually happens, this character that has never been revealed is very complicated for communication. The fact is that the board surprisingly approves his request, and suddenly he sees his colleagues arrive and everyone is surprised by everything since they were with the last memory. From this point on, many things happen that leave you thinking and analyzing each character.
Severance — Season 2 Official Trailer
I know it's early to give a very accurate thought, but because it's a series that I love and I've been waiting years, I liked the first chapter of course I expect more, but the vibe and what is being raised was interesting to me, I thought I was going to be disappointed. Each character has their own thing, you connect with each one and I just hope they keep expanding this whole roll that has us all with many questions.
I feel it has a lot to offer, it took off quite well and for me it's a 10/10. And you already saw the first chapter? What did you think?
