Small things are powerful

I do see many new guys in the gym that they are carrying heavy weights and doing very extreme exercise thinking doing this hard training will help them to build a muscular body quickly but things I’ve noticed is that they don’t always do most programs with the rights form because the program is so hard and the weight is so heavy they do most programs incorrectly and what’s this lead to is an injury and I’ve come to realize that this set of people we suddenly stop coming to the gym and this is because they want an instant result but things don’t always work like that.

Most people believe that you need a big change for a big result in your life and most things don’t always work like that. Sometimes you indeed have to go hard but it doesn’t mean you need to go extreme. Most people don’t go hard they go extreme and they end up, hurting their bodies, and also end up hurting their finances. You can go hard in the gym by being consistent and building slowly not jumping on heavyweights just because everybody you see in the gym is carrying heavyweight, where you advise new beginners to go lightweight and build from small most of them don’t listen because of their ego they don’t know it all add up.

small things add up

When you go heavy in the gym, you might not be able to keep up with doing something very hard as a beginner and what matters in the gym is consistency. If you’re not consistent, you will not achieve your desired results because consistency is the key, your results will not appear overnight. What we want to do when we are building small is to be able to build something we can do over and over again, be able to build things that will be consistent with, no matter how small anything is in this life they all add up at the end of the day. Everything we do in life will always compound and we don’t need a big change before we can achieve results. We can also compound the small things we do.

When you see someone doing big things or doing very complicated things, they don’t start from there. They have been working for so many years or months to get to that level and to also get to the same level you can’t just have it overnight. You have to start from somewhere and it is easy to start small and let it compound. It might look like it will take a long but when the compound effect comes in, it becomes obvious that small things truly matter, and this applies to every aspect of our life, whether it is Finance, sports, or even our relationships with people and with God, we can start small and build from there, it will all compound.

Plan longterm

It is always very important to plan long-term, this is the easiest way to build something that you can be consistent with, trying to achieve instant results will only lead to something that is not sustainable. it is very important to plan for a long time and we must cancel the belief that we need big changes to achieve a big result, we can start building from small and it also adds up and the result is always extraordinary.

Thanks for your time.

I think a lot of things happen slowly over time. Rarely does something happen instantly and I think that achievements are built from all those small things you did.

I think it's only when we start small and build gradually do we achieve something sustainable. Otherwise, it comes fast and goes fast, as we've seen with many things in life.
