This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes
I must say that I am a little bit naughty with these shots since I was disturbing this chilling small web spider. I found it resting on the leaf that was a little bit higher and further from my reach, or the ideal place for me to take photos with my viewfinder. The easiest way to take the photos was to pluck the leaf it was resting on so that I could easily take photographs of it in the wild.
As soon as I reached for and plucked the leaf, the spider sensed my disturbance and immediately wanted to crawl out from the leaf. I tried my best to prevent that from happening, I kept turning around the leaf and waiting for the little stop the spider made so that I could get a photo of this little webweaver spider.
You can see as soon as it stopped, it retracted its legs closer to its body, but that didn't help him much because I kept taking photo of him.
It even moved from one end to the other, just to find a place with out my disturbance. After sometime, I felt that I already took quite a lot of photos of this spider, and then I decided to put it on the tree again so that he can crawled out again to find a good place to make its web and wait for the next prey.
