Saludos a todos en esta bella comunidad a la cual hace un largo tiempo no visitaba porque a Buhito se le acabaron las ideas de cocina, pero estamos de vuelta para presentarles en esta ocasión el platillo navideño de este año que Buhito preparo para mí y su abuela (o sea, mi mamá), algo muy sencillo, pero realmente delicioso, ¡este búho sí que sabe!
¡Comencemos esta receta bien emplumada!

- 1 kilo de papas;
- 1 kilo de churrasco;
- 4 morcillas;
- Ajo, cantidad a gusto;
- Cebolla, cantidad a gusto;
- Ají-morrón, cantidad a gusto;
- 1 Buhito con un gorro navideño más pequeño porque el anterior lo perdió.
- 1 kilo of potatoes;
- 1 kilo of churrasco;
- 4 blood sausages;
- Garlic, quantity to taste;
- Onion, quantity to taste;
- Chili-morron, quantity to taste;
- 1 Buhito with a smaller Christmas hat because the previous one lost it.
A Buhito le encanta esta receta, él siempre fue amante de lo sencillo o quizá no se atreve a aventurarse aún más en el mundo culinario porque teme quemarse sus plumitas de más o vaya a saberse por qué, la cuestión es que esta Navidad la pasaremos solo Buhito, su abuela y yo, quizá nos visite su tía @aibi93 si es que Buhito no le ha hecho algo malo con tantas venganzas que le viene haciendo, ya veremos.
