These he spoke concerning who is Authorised to baptise another, cause not everybody is entittled to baptise, these points to the fact that only those who can break down the words and teach them the real essence of baptism beyond just immersing in water and out.
About the issue of being Baptised twice, here is another area of focus and my bone of contation, you see i don't know how its done else were but there's a certain denomination that offers infant baptism during dedication or whatever, that's it, that chd is babtised and they don't offer babtism again, so i'm like, this is a child who knows nothing about baptism or making a decision of accepting Jesus as his or personal saviour, these child now grows up to make a decision to either be baptised and follow the ways of the lord or ways of the world, to me that infant baptism is not biblical, but why these churches still offer these baptism is contradicting.
I feel that this particular scripture is what they do feeling that what they do is scriptural, in vain they do this things, believing they do it unto God, with few scriptural backings to persuad them of their doings.
Then about those who Desire to change a denomination With different doctrines, who might want to persuade them to rebaptised, personally i don't think its necessary cause the first is valid as far as it was'nt baptism, then secondly a sound teaching of what was to be done was taught so the one to be baptised caught the light, then there is no need for any second baptism
