Idle Applications

Gone are the days when we used phones that had limited Read Only Memory which compels us to keep only relevant applications and documents due to limited space but nowadays, Memory space is no longer a problem as phones have been upgraded.

People now keep documents and applications on their phones that they don't even know about because it doesn't affect them in any way.

I have so many applications on my phone, 90% of which I downloaded and 10% of which came with the phone. The ones I downloaded, I use almost all of them every day because they are mining applications, I need to log in daily to claim my points.

One thing I discovered with applications is an application is only useless when we don't know how to use it. The day we are able to unearth the potentials embedded in them, they may turn out to be our favorite.

There were many applications I saw on Google Play Store before and thought they were useless but when someone who knows how to operate them handle them in my presence I was amazed at what came out of them.

I never knew that so many of the games on Play Store are play to earn until a friend introduced me to Wombat and I downloaded the same games through the application and made some cash out of them.

With the above in mind, I don't want to call any application useless rather I would call them "Idle," because I am certain that the day I know how to use them, I won't hesitate to put them into use.

The idle applications on my phone are palmstore, Welife, YoParty, AHA Games, XPARK, XClub, XArena, SIM ToolKit. I don't think I have opened these Apps more than once or twice.

Maybe, if I had taken some time to explore them, I would have gotten meaning out of them but from the look of things, they don't even have anything reasonable to offer to me, so why waste my time at all? I would have gotten rid of them long ago, if I had limited space in the phone or if they were consuming my data but they ain't doing any of that.

My phone has more than enough space, I can add as many applications and documents as I want and the space would contain them all.

The applications don't get more of my time like others because they don't have anything I want. No one would waste his time on what won't profit him or her anything. If at all they have something I am after, surely, they will also have my time.

Getting rid of these applications will neither add nor take anything from my life, they are of no relevance to me. Left to me, they are just there occupying my space for nothing. Nevertheless, I won't uninstall them because they came with the phone. I fear removing them might affect the phone. So, since they are not doing me any harm, let them just remain there and beautify my phone, who knows probably, along the line, I might even get to know what their purpose is and begin to utilize them as well.

I can relate. There some apps that we just don't use. Sometimes I download an app, open it once, and the completely forget about it.

Hehhe, well I don't download an app if I won't use it. You are a lady I can relate, I am sure most of those apps are even games🤣 candle crush, cookies, magic tiles and so on😹

Um I have only one game app, and the fact that you know their names is quite funny.
It's not nice to place a stereotype on someone because of their gender.

Smiles , am sorry if that offended you, I was not serious about it tho. I have met a lot of ladies who don't even have a single game on their phone.

Thanks a lot for stopping by ma 🥰

True, we just need to explore some apps and we are good to go but for the time being that we don't know how to explore or some we can but doesn't affect our lives positively becomes of no value and can't affect us when we loss them.

Exactly, but whether we like it or not we won't use all the apps in our phones, some apps may never matter till we stop using the phone
