¿Cómo están? Espero que bien, estoy llegando de un retiro espiritual, estos días buscando un poco de calma emocional. Todo bien. Compartir con otras personas hace muy bien al espíritu y al estado de ánimo. Lo disfruté bastante.
Tengo semanas tratando de hacer otro topiario, solo que estaba tratando de imaginar las flores que haría, se me ocurrieron estos pompones. No me había fijado que ya no tenía bolas de anime grande por lo que improvisé, con palitos monda dientes resistentes para hacer sobresalir las florecitas, ya que no quería hacer algo pequeño.
Espero te guste, está hecho con amor. Como todo, creatividad, inspiración y ganas de compartir.

How are you? I hope well, I'm coming from a spiritual retreat, these days looking for some emotional calm. All good. Sharing with other people is very good for the spirit and mood. I enjoyed it a lot.
I have weeks trying to make another topiary, I was just trying to figure out the flowers I would make, I came up with these pom poms. I hadn't noticed that I no longer had large anime balls so I improvised, with sturdy monda tooth sticks to make the little flowers stand out, since I didn't want to make something small.
I hope you like it, it's made with love. Like everything else, creativity, inspiration and desire to share.

Paso a paso / Step by Step

Aplica la primera capa de pintura blanca en la maceta. Deja secar.
Luego con la pintura al frio color verde, mojas a penas el pincel, descargas un poco en un pañuelo y con mucha suavidad pasas el pincel en la maceta procurando que solo marque los detalles. Deja secar.
Recorta varios listones de foami amarillo (5 centímetros de largo por 1.5 de ancho) luego realizas varios cortes en la parte angosta.
Toma un palito monda dientes, aplica pegamento y comienza a enrollar el listón amarillo para hacer los pistilos.

Apply the first coat of white paint on the pot. Let it dry.
Then with the green colored cold paint, wet the brush, unload a little on a handkerchief and very gently pass the brush on the pot trying to mark only the details. Let it dry.
Cut out several strips of yellow foami (5 centimeters long by 1.5 wide) then make several cuts in the narrow part.
Take a toothpick, apply glue and start rolling the yellow ribbon to make the pistils.

Realiza los pistilos que necesites cuantas flores para cubrir el topiario.
Ya no tenía más lapiceros o marcadores dañados, por lo cual la rama que sostiene el topiario es hecha con varios palitos de altura, los forré con floratex.
Coloca relleno en la maceta y algo que sirva de viruta o follaje.
Inserta la rama y luego pega la bola de anime a en la punta aplicando algo de pegamento.
Me pareció bonito si le colocaba un follaje reciclado que tenía guardado de otros proyectos. Tengo la manía de guardar estas cositas.

Make the pistils you need as many flowers to cover the topiary.
I had no more damaged pens or markers, so the branch that holds the topiary is made with several tall sticks, I lined them with floratex.
Place filler in the pot and something to serve as shavings or foliage.
Insert the branch and then glue the anime ball to the tip by applying some glue.
I thought it would be pretty if I attached some recycled foliage that I had saved from other projects. I have a habit of saving these little things.

Pinté la bola de anime de color verde para dar mejor cubrimiento.
Recorta los pétalos de la flor, tantos necesarios para hacer las flores que cubrirán la bola de anime. Luego de recortar la forma del pétalo, realiza un corte en el centro en forma de "V".
Une la pieza recortad en forma de "V" con el silicón caliente. Termoforma la punta con ayuda de la plancha y con cuidado de no quemarte le das forma con el dedo.
Comienza a pegar los pétalos a los pistilos en la parte de abajo, los pegas en forma de cruz.

I painted the anime ball green to give better coverage.
Cut out the flower petals, as many as necessary to make the flowers that will cover the anime ball. After cutting out the petal shape, make a cut in the center in a “V” shape.
Join the cut out “V” shaped piece with the hot silicone. Thermoform the tip with the help of the iron and carefully shape it with your finger.
Start gluing the petals to the pistils at the bottom, glue them in the shape of a cross.

Repite todos los pasos anteriores, cuantas flores necesites para cubrir la pieza.
Comienza a cubrir la pieza pegando cada flor en la bola de anime.

Repeat all the above steps, as many flowers as you need to cover the piece.
Start covering the piece by gluing each flower onto the anime ball.

Cubrimos todos los espacios con las flores, procurando que tengan la misma altura, que no sobresalgan mucho unas de otras y de esta forma se pueda apreciar la redondez.

We cover all the spaces with the flowers, making sure that they have the same height, that they do not protrude too much from each other and in this way the roundness can be appreciated.

Este topiario es algo diferente a los que hice anteriormente, este es más grande, abarca mayor espacio, se ve hermoso en mi escritorio y también en la mesa de la sala.
Lo importante es que trabajes con los materiales que tengas disponibles, lo hagas con amor y con tu mejor esfuerzo.
Espero que les guste. Me llevó días terminarlo, se lleva bastante tiempo hacer las florecitas.

This topiary is a little different from the ones I made before, this one is bigger, it covers more space, it looks beautiful on my desk and also on the living room table.
The important thing is that you work with the materials you have available, do it with love and with your best effort.
I hope you like it. It took me days to finish it, it takes quite some time to make the little flowers.
