How Engagements build Community? Not by being Elite!

A lot of social networks have whales, sharks, and the minnows. And every minnow that is out there makes you think that they are struggling which is true. Most of the minnows take forever to grow and also being barrier from the top of the chain this takes time in the process.

For example, say on Hive you join today. You have to understand the system from the top to the bottom. You have to understand how the community can be built and how the elites can be connected and then harnessed for the connection. So that also has the process.

How this can be achieved for improving your presence? I think through the engagement within the community.

When I joined the Hive I was struggling. And I invested a lot on the engagement. Which made me want to invest into other people who were doing good. So I made sure to have engagement in the comments and the leo too. So this happens you would be able to develop connections. And we always think connections have to be powerful. But in reality that is not the case.

You have to be natural. You have to take people into consideration there. We are not AI here and we have human hearts. And by connecting with other people. We take their presence, opinions and support to the heart. And this makes you more grounded and honest about the engagement with the community. This can be pretty difficult with the start but eventually we tend to build up around.

Never be elite and always open up to the other humans. Why? Because AI is here and if people choose to ignore you and move to AI you would hate that and also the community forming becomes difficult. And so being more grounded towards your own approach to form connections matter.

In shot, engagement with genuine humans and being with them and chatting is what makes social account growth becomes reasonable. You don't be elite to look good on social. Just be human!
