¡Hola Chicos!
Ya he venido comentándoles que siento una enorme necesidad de abandonar el curso de panadería por diversos motivos. Principalmente que ya no me siento motivada porque no es lo que esperaba. Le he dado muchos chances ya, inclusive estuve decidida a dejarlo la semana pasada pero como en esta semana comenzarían las recetas con harina quise dar ese último chance.
El ambiente pesado ha sido otro de los factores que me han querido hacer dejarlo. He vivido esto desde que comencé el primer nivel porque las personas simplemente no saben convivir.
Está vez creamos un grupo procurando tener un ambiente más tranquilo pero una de las compañeras comenzó a pelear y pelear y ha resultado molesto estar metida en esos embrollos.
Así que le di un último chance a ver cómo me sentía y bueno para por fin ver cómo sería una clase con harinas en este nivel lleno de comida saludable.

I have already been telling you guys that I feel a huge urge to drop out of the baking course for various reasons. Mainly that I no longer feel motivated because it is not what I expected. I have given it many chances already, I was even decided to quit last week but since this week I would start the recipes with flour I wanted to give it that last chance.
The heavy environment has been another factor that has made me want to quit. I have experienced this since I started the first level because people just don't know how to live together.
This time we created a group trying to have a calmer environment, but one of the teammates started to fight and fight and it has been annoying to be involved in those messes.
So I gave her one last chance to see how I felt and to finally see what a class with flour would be like in this level full of healthy food.
Otro de las cosas que me animó a ir es que la hija de una de mis compañeras me contactó días antes para que le vendiera una planta y que la llevara cuando fuera a clases.
Le pase una foto antes de ir más el costo y a ella le pareció bien así que me animé a salir.
La coloque en un pequeño envase de plástico para transportarla y luego lo coloqué en una bolsa para que fuera fácil transportarla.
Tomé el transporte y así emprendí camino a clases. Iba súper tarde y tenía miedo de perderme el proceso.

Por fortuna cuando llegué me dí cuenta que aún no comenzaban. Ya habían pesado todos los ingredientes solo faltaba dar inicio a la preparación.
Así los 3 grupos comenzamos a trabajar nuestras recetas. La profesora nos fue guiando en el proceso y ayudando en el amasado. Por fin parecía una clase de panadería.
Fortunately, when I arrived I realized that they had not yet started. They had already weighed all the ingredients, the only thing left to do was to start the preparation.
So the 3 groups began to work on our recipes. The teacher was guiding us through the process and helping us with the kneading. Finally it looked like a bakery class.
Para esta clase solo haríamos empanadas con dos tipos de relleno. Por suerte fuimos las primeras en tener todo listo y pudimos meter al horno de primeras nuestras dos bandejas.
For this class we would only make empanadas with two types of filling. Luckily we were the first to get everything ready and were able to put our two trays in the oven first.
Una vez armamos todo me llevé las bandejas al horno y ya solo tocaba esperar. Los otros dos grupos apenas habían comenzado con el armado de sus empanadas. Iban súper atrasados y la verdad no entendía.
A eso de las 11 ya nosotras estábamos repartiendo lo que habíamos hecho. Tuvimos suerte de trabajar rápido y que nuestras bandejas fueran las primera en entrar al horno.
Once everything was assembled, I took the trays to the oven and all I had to do was wait. The other two groups had just started to assemble their empanadas. They were super late and I really didn't understand.
At about 11 o'clock we were already handing out what we had made. We were lucky to work fast and that our trays were the first to go into the oven.
Cuando ya tuvimos todo en nuestro envases aproveché de ir al supermercado a comprar unas cosas antes de tomar el transporte de regreso.
La verdad no sé si volveré a la siguiente clase. Haremos pan y eso en parte me anima un poco aunque no quiero volver a quejarme por algo.
Ya les estaré comentando que terminé de hacer. Por ahora me despido.
When we had everything in our containers I took the opportunity to go to the supermarket to buy a few things before taking the bus back.
I really don't know if I'll be back for the next class. We will make bread and that partly cheers me up a little, although I don't want to complain about something again.
I'll let you know what I've finished making. For now I'll say goodbye.
