Greetings guys..... welcome to my blog again my wonderful hivians. I sound excited right.....of course I am so happy. So guys great great news, my ride company UWAD is now registered. There's really a lot to say but still I'm short of words. My company is now registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
Today I'll be talking about registering your company as an entrepreneur. My experiences and the journey to achieving this.
Registering your company as an entreprenur is not easy, tiresome and may take quite sometime but the benefits that come with it it's definitely worth it. You can begin through starting new start- up venture and registering the business formally. Thus, irrespective of the type of commercial activity, it is imperative to complete the procedure of registration to create a legal basis for the enterprise’s activity.
The initial stage of the registration is to choose a distinctive name to your business firm. This must seem basic, but it may not be easy. When selecting your name you have to ensure that it clearly defines what your business is all about and does justice to your dream. After choosing the right name you need to ensure that it is unique and available for use. This requires one to search systematically so that you can be in a position to realize that none other company under this or similar name has been registered.
After that, you will be done with the name you have to select the legal form of your company whether it will be sole trader, partnership, or the limited liability company. All have their advantages and limitations based on the goals that the company has, and the amount of risk it can afford.Apart from the licenses and permits, there are several taxes that you must register for depending on the nature of business you are into.
Another factor to take into consideration when registering a company is getting a business banking account. It is very important to open a different account for managing the business because this way there would be no mingling of personal and business accounts, in pidgin we say make you no go chop business money🤭. It will ensure accountability.
In this regard, it should also be noted that registration entails legal issues as well as paperwork and documentation.
The process is definitely strenuous but in the real sense it is the initial part of developing a good business. Company registration also shields you from different legal disputes that may come your way. Besides it enables you to enjoy certain privileges like a business loan, grants, and legal bodies that only registered businesses enjoy.
It is really worth it to become an entrepreneur and sign up your company even if the process seems a little hectic. Things like choosing name of the business and run findings on then, choosing the legal form of the business, getting licenses and permits, registration for the taxes, opening a business account,etc.
It's actually one of the little beginnings, and I'm sincerely happy and at the same time grateful to everyone that contributed to this success...

Así que chicos gran gran noticia, mi compañía de paseo UWAD ya está registrado. Hay realmente mucho que decir, pero todavía estoy corto de palabras. Mi empresa está registrada en la Comisión de Asuntos Corporativos.
Hoy hablaré sobre cómo registrar tu empresa como empresario. Mis experiencias y el camino recorrido para conseguirlo.
Registrar tu empresa como emprendedor no es fácil, es pesado y puede llevar bastante tiempo, pero las ventajas que conlleva merecen la pena. Puede empezar por crear una nueva empresa y registrarla formalmente. Por lo tanto, independientemente del tipo de actividad comercial, es imprescindible completar el procedimiento de registro para crear una base jurídica para la actividad de la empresa.
La fase inicial del registro consiste en elegir un nombre distintivo para su empresa. Esto debe parecer básico, pero puede no ser fácil. Al elegir el nombre debe asegurarse de que define claramente de qué trata su empresa y hace justicia a su sueño. Después de elegir el nombre adecuado, hay que asegurarse de que sea único y esté disponible para su uso. Para ello es necesario realizar una búsqueda sistemática, de modo que pueda darse cuenta de que no hay registrada ninguna otra empresa con este nombre u otro similar.
Una vez elegido el nombre, tendrá que elegir la forma jurídica de su empresa: sociedad unipersonal, sociedad colectiva o sociedad de responsabilidad limitada. Todas tienen sus ventajas y limitaciones, en función de los objetivos de la empresa y del nivel de riesgo que pueda asumir.
Otro factor que hay que tener en cuenta al registrar una empresa es abrir una cuenta bancaria. Es muy importante abrir una cuenta distinta para gestionar el negocio, porque así no se mezclarán las cuentas personales y las del negocio. Garantizará la rendición de cuentas.
A este respecto, también hay que señalar que el registro conlleva cuestiones legales, así como papeleo y documentación.
El proceso es sin duda agotador, pero en el sentido real es la parte inicial del desarrollo de un buen negocio. El registro de la empresa también le protege de diferentes disputas legales que puedan surgir. Además, le permite disfrutar de ciertos privilegios, como préstamos empresariales, subvenciones y órganos jurídicos de los que sólo gozan las empresas registradas.
Merece realmente la pena convertirse en empresario y registrar su empresa, aunque el proceso parezca un poco agitado. Cosas como elegir el nombre de la empresa y hacer las averiguaciones pertinentes, elegir la forma jurídica de la empresa, obtener licencias y permisos, registrarse para pagar los impuestos, abrir una cuenta de empresa, etc.
En realidad es uno de los pequeños comienzos, y estoy sinceramente feliz y al mismo tiempo agradecido a todos los que han contribuido a este éxito...
