One January day in Libon wandering around the streets we ended up right at the river shore. And it was at the right time too. Besides some high points in the city (like he castle) this is one the bets places to be to watch th sunset.
We were also lucky enough to get a nice clear sky, especially that it was pissing rain the day before.
Naively I thought that January... cold.. right after holidays... there is not gonna be many people.
I was so damn wrong! The place was filled with tourists, and not only this spot where everyone waned to admire the silhouettes of the bridge and the Jesu.
The whole city was full of tourists. I guess I was a bi spoiled by he covid times when traveling was restricted and I could enjoy the place being less crowded.
By the way - can you see the plane? It is a nice view from up there too :)
Yea... there was a queue to enjoy the view. Everyone wanted to be in front and take pics. I don't blame them.
Finally got found some gap between the heads...
And if you manage to ignore all the people talking around you in different languages, you can enjoy the last warm rays, waves and seagulls flying right above the water.
And I just stood there. Few more minutes and it will be all over.
And it was gone...
The city lights are gonna be starts now and the night life begins..
The star of the photo below is the seagull on top of the pole. 👇
Hope you enjoyed the photo spam. Just couldn't pick few out of the crowd :p
