Hello, hivers. As promised, I will return with the total trip expenses I paid from Cebu to Bangkok and back home. So I originally purchased the flight from Manila to Bangkok on March 4, 2024, during Cebu Pacific's seat sale. If there was no sale, the ticket price would be PHP 7,000 plus from Manila to Bangkok and PHP 6,000 plus on the way back, for a total of PHP 14,000 plus taxes, but that is for each passenger, however with the seat sale, we paid PHP 17,184.42 for two, so we spent 8,592.21 each.
To be honest, it's a good start, and since we need to buy another ticket, and our departure is early, we've booked a place to stay and recuperate. Here's the ticket price I paid from Cebu to Manila back and forth: PHP 3,254.28, which was a seat sale booked on July 25, 2024. I reserved a nearby room for PHP 2,059.03, which is adequate for six people. I just booked it because we were running out of time, but it is still a decent deal. We have also booked two tours before we go, which we will share here. We paid PHP 4,299.00 for one and PHP 4,377.00 for the other. I also purchased a SIM card for PHP 310.00. And for the hotel, we paid PHP 14,717.56, so all of our tour and hotel charges will be divided by three. I almost forgot that there should be three of us traveling, but one of our friends was hospitalized and was unable to attend.
So here's the drop down of what my expenses is below;
Air fare BKK : 8,592.21
Air fare CEB : 3,254.28
Hotel in BKK : 4,905.85
Hotel in MNL : 686.34
Tours in BKK : 2,892.00
SIM CARD : 310.00
All in total except the pocket money is: PHP 19,954.34, so almost PHP 20,000.
