On seeing the prompt, I thought it was referring to snow during the summer season, which is quite impossible because they are two different seasons. But having a closer look at the term and surfing for the meaning online, I discovered there is a flower called snow in Summer.
A little background on the flower is below:
Cerastium tomentosum (snow-in-summer) is an herbaceous flowering plant and a member of the family Caryophyllaceae. It is generally distinguished from other species of its genus by "tomentose" or felty foliage. It is a low, spreading perennial native to alpine regions of Europe. The stems and leaves are silvery-grey, whilst the flowers are star-like, white & about 15mm across. Link
Having said this, I took a view of the flower and it is a nice one plus it is white, taking the same colour with snow.
