No one likes being sick because it takes you away from enjoying your favorite meals, moments, and fun activities. It’s like going through a whole different experience. To avoid this, I make it a priority to eat fruits regularly. Fruits are my secret codes to maintain a stronger immune system.

I will like to explain the concept of immune system.
Everybody has one, they are similar to the military strength of a nation. If the soldiers are stronger, they cannot be defeated in battle.
Likewise we humans, if our immune system soldiers are stronger, they will be no down time of sickness. Its only when the immune system is weak, then sickness will overpower such person.

Eating fruits helps me stay healthy because they strengthen my immune system, making it easier for my body to fight off illness. So, I always prepare in advance by making fruits a regular part of my diet.
I learned this from my grandmother. As long as I’ve known her, she’s eaten fruits every day. Can you guess which types of fruits?
Oranges and cucumbers are her favorites, and I’ve inherited the habit of eating at least one orange every day. It makes me feel stronger and more active.

Besides oranges, I also prioritize watermelon. It provides the natural hydration the body needs to stay healthy, and women are especially encouraged to include watermelon in their diet.
I try to avoid pharmaceutical drugs unless absolutely necessary.
I only take them in critical situations. One reason I stay away from them is my experience with chloroquine. The bitterness of that drug would linger in my mouth for three to four days, and I hated it.
That’s why fruits are my go-to remedy. They help me recover quickly when I’m sick. I encourage other women to adopt a fruit routine for their families. It makes a big difference and can reduce unexpected medical expenses.
While it’s important to treat yourself and visit the hospital when needed, it’s wise to consider your income when making health decisions.
By keeping your immune system strong through regular fruit consumption, you’re more likely to stay safe from sudden immune system breakdowns, which can make illnesses worse. Some types of sickness can be avoided, so don’t wait until you’re bedridden for days or unable to move. Fruits are affordable and effective. For as little as N300, you can buy them if you're using Nigerian currency.
lastly, there is a place for exercise's too.
