Dealing with aging can be a challenging and emotional experience for individuals and their loved ones.

Aging comes with some changes such as physical, emotional, psychological and social changes. Aging in terms of physical changes comes with loss of strength, where the things you were doing, you could no longer do because you are not physically strong enough to do so. Flexibility is another aspect of the change that comes with aging, where your body no longer moves the way it used to and you can not bend your legs, hands,waist and every part of your body the way you used to when you were young. Mobility is not left out because you will be restricted in some areas.

And you will be faced with some health challenges which will be chronic such as arthritis, hypertension, diabetes and other related diseases. You will be faced with cognitive changes like memory loss, decreased problem solving and slow in taking actions. All these are issues that are related to aging.

Having to deal with the loss of loved ones and being independent and feeling overwhelmed with sadness, hopelessness and having to adjust to new roles and responsibilities, adjusting to a new daily routine. Loss of interest in social activities and decreased social connections with loneliness. There will be a change in characteristic or manner of interaction with family and friends, where you will be isolated from some things concerning the family because you will not be able to act fast in terms of decision making.

Aging is one of the most difficult aspects of human existence on earth, life becomes hard because you feel like going back to your youthful days when you could run, walk without feeling pain and going to places that interest you.

Dealing with aging has to come with some strategies where you will be prioritizing some things that will keep you going and looking healthy by engaging in physical exercises. This helps the body to stay healthy and help in mobility.

Also make sure to stay connected with family, friends and community that will help you not to be lonely. Learn to do things that will help you mentally that will stimulate you psychologically, like your hobbies and being creative.

Make sure to manage all the chronic diseases, hypertension, arthritis, diabetes and other related diseases can only be managed because it is difficult to cure them and focus on healthy eating habits (try to avoid the foods that need to be avoided).

Aging is not the time for you to start eating junk. Try to get enough sleep and relax your nerves, it will help in keeping you healthy. Seek healthcare professional advice, request for a therapist and seek support groups.

Aging is a natural thing which everyone will face but the way we handle it will make it easy or difficult. It is a normal phenomenon that one day humans will be bound to age as long as we give birth to young ones and we are struggling to make a living so that is one of the factors that humans will age.

So remember that aging is a natural process that everyone will go through so we need support from people and also must stay connected with family and friends and also make sure to engage in things that will give us health and wellness that is the most significant thing to do.

You are so right. During old age, a lot of things we used to, we won't be able to them again. Aging is a part of life. You can't wish or pray it away.
