It's another beautiful way of ending this week's edition of the hive learner's prompt. As I always say, each of the edition is unique and impactful. Special regards to the community executives and everyone participating. It's a cloudy Friday from my end here. I never knew I could even participate in this last edition considering the kind of weather we have. The cold is in such a way I can't just described easily but thank God inspite of all, I was able to even take my bath and get my participation ready for this glorious post.

I never thought of this kind of topic at all because it really got me in a deep state of reasoning. It took me time to gather courage to come to this point of dropping my input. Vegan entails a lifestyle or a philosophy of doing things without animals. Vegan to me means living a life without depending on animals or whatever that looks like animals. Vegan is someone who stays away or doesn't like what is produced by animal whether egg, meat and many others. In order words it means living on vegetables.

For how long can I be a vegan?

I find it difficult to assume that I could live only on vegetables all through my life or even for couple of weeks without a product deduced from an animal. I am quite sure that everyone is created with unique features and appetite to food. As it's always said, one man's food is another man's poison. One thing I remained appreciative to God is for the fact that He has given us choice. No choice is superior to the other. As for me, I may not be able to be a vegetarian for like four days without a substance from an animal because of the protein required. How can I just live without protein? Except otherwise.

Is vegan a healthy lifestyle?

Hmmmm as I earlier mentioned, the power of choice lies in the border of everyone however there are certain factors that influence some people's choice. It's normally said that vegetables taking is essential to the body. Just living on vegetables may not be able to supply the required nutrients that the body system needs. There are people that have been excused from eating proteins especially the one that emanates from an animal due to negative impact it has. If not because of health condition, I can't just say staying without products from animals makes one healthier than other. So far, most people I have seen that don't eat products from animals aren't grow as fatter as those who like animals inclined. Personally, a balanced person will live healthier. Product from animals are very essential for the development of the body system especially amongst children and teenagers.

CONCLUSION

Being a vegan is good to some people because is one of the most powerful way to drop weight and maintain good posture. It's advisable to balance both vegetables and proteins sourced from animals.

thanks for reading through my entry for week 129 edition of hive learner's contest. All comments appreciated.

You've spoken well on this topic and I totally agree with you, while vegan lifestyle can help with some healthy lifestyle and weigh loss, it lacks some nutrients like quality protein found in animals products and balances diet is essential to we humans.

Thanks so much boss for visiting

Wow, this is educative and I have learned from your point. It's good to balance both sides. As a young girl, I'm not expected to stay on vegetables through. I have to eat products from animals and veggies.

Thank you for sharing.

Welcome my dear. Balance is very important in everything.
