I felt it heavily today as i began to draw my evaluation towards the end of the year. Focus is a commodity that can't be traded for careless benefit.
FOCUS is very important for anyone that would want to be a great achiever you just need to be focused and deal with every form of distraction.
I would like to share few strategies that could help one to stay focused and devoid of major distraction however there coud be other surplus reasons.

- Watch out the kind of friends you keep
- Be a good manager of time and resources. This is an integral part of anyone that wants to maintain focus.
