Hive is a fun place to be, especially when you get connected with other people in the hive ecosystem who enjoy doing what you do, and one of the things I love to do is play games. It's surprising how big a hive is, and I am yet to scratch the surface. We have friends on Hive, and there are other activities about Hive going on on other platforms, and one of my favorite platforms where I meet my Hive friends apart from the ecosystem is Discord.
One of my favorite time on hive is the hive game we play on discord, the "Digital Lifestyle Game on." This is held once monthly, and this game is where people come to show how smart and creative they can be. I always think I am fast and smart, but I met some bot in human form because I still wonder how some people can think so fast and come up with words in split seconds.
One of my favorite games is forming words from scattered letters. After joining the game, the letters would be provided like this "GIHDOSHUND," and it is left for you to form meaningful words from those letters.
After winning some rounds, I lost others because there were people smarter than me in the game, and it was so fun. There is a "Wall of Fame" for winners, and we have only one winner on that wall for now, but I will do my best to be on that wall next time.
Another event I would like to highlight is the Hivelearners Week Monday connect and learn session and Friday talk show.
On Monday, people come together to answer some set of questions and talk about life and things we are facing in our lives individually. Also, some questions are asked and everyone is to answer the same question, but you would be surprised we have all got different answers to the same questions even if we are humans and we all love hives.
The reason is because we all live in different places and come from different races. I love the fact that I have friends all over the country and all over the world. There are some people I would like to meet in person, but distance has kept us away. I have a foodie friend, and I would like to meet Shawn one of these days, but we live in different countries and are far from each other.
There would be a hive hangout in my city soon, and this would give me the opportunity to meet other people on hives in real life. It's funny and surprising how I have so many friends on the hive and I haven't met anyone before. This experience would be a game changer because I have so many questions I want to ask that would help me enjoy the hive ecosystem more.
Many of these activities I get myself involved in on Hive have been a life changer because I learn more, and I was even able to get a real-time job this year with the knowledge I have acquired over the past few years I have been with Hive.
