One thing I have come to understand is that no matter how bad people talk about you either in front of you or behind you, the moment you prioritize your mental health and you love yourself, their words won't get to you.
As a young man, I have learned to appreciate the kind of body shape and features that I have. There was a time when ladies always complained about my height "Fash, you are too tall, are you sure you are from Earth?"
Back then, I would always bend a little to walk to match up with the people around me, trust me, it wasn't a healthy walking posture. When I thought of it, I wasn't that tall compared to my friend Oche who was taller than me. Since I met Oche, I have never bent to walk again, I will stand up straight and show everyone I am taller than them.
My height is one of the features I love about myself. Currently, it's like every lady wants a tall guy in their life so I have to be careful before one of them snatches me from the community.
Another feature I love about myself is my Smile
Some people are like "Oh, you have got an innocent face" Hehehe I laugh. The only reason they say this is because I always put on a smiling face when I am out there. One of my favorite phrases is
Smile today when you still have teeth, tomorrow might be too late.
And this is why I smile always. One thing you don't know is that a smile makes you look younger. Don't you like my smile too?
Lastly, the feature I am always ready to flaunt anywhere any day without shame or fear is the complete package of Fash. "My body structure"
I love everything about my body structure. There was a time when I hit the gym so often, probably that was how I got into this good shape. Most of what I do now is morning exercises and long walks to keep my mind healthy.
